i mean it's not really a combo just a compliment that requires one got to activate the other but yeah they are quite powerfull in certain situations

MAN I had to look up the actual mythology behind Zagreus and it is NUTZ!!! Just as a summary, Zagreus is interpreted as Hades' and Persephone's son, but also Zagreus himself is another identity of Hades! And this whole journey in this game is a great interpretation of an Orphic Journey, a journey to go through and out of the Underworld, taking its term from Orpheus, a mortal who journeyed through the Underworld and back to get his lover's soul to return her to life. In short, Zagreus is FUCKING cool to know in actual Grecian myth.

I'm a Supergiant fanboy (this game's makers), so I already bought it despite knowing close to nothing about the game.
I'm just waiting for it to be out of early access before playing it.
If you've never played Transistor, give it a try. But this studio put a lot of emphasis on their music, and I'm not sure if you play with the music turned on?
I loved transistor, I always tell myself to do some newgame+ stuff on it but i never do. i don't really replay games i've finished. :(

The soundtrack is a vital part of the Supergiant's games, in Pyre for example every boss battle team have his version of the final battle.
@@eduvbs Pyre man. I have a hard time recommending it to my friends because it's so unorthodox, but it was such a cool experience for me.
Really felt immersed into the story and felt that my choices actually had a impact.
Problem with playing games and uploading to CZcams or streaming on twitch is music companies copyright striking for even a second or two of one of their songs.
A car could drive down the street next to your house blaring music really loud and that could cause a strike.

Ive been loving this game myself. I was nervous about supergiant doing a roguelite since those arent great for story but they made it work. Ive done like 20 runs and its still got new voice acted story bits. Its nuts

(soon u will meet a character named Thanatos ,i highly recommend giving him nectar bottles every run u get to meet him since u will meet him kinda rarely if barelly at all )
ALSO NEVER SELL UR BOONS (not worth it )(u ll learn soon to dodge and get more lives)& MISS DUOS AND LEGENDARIES.THEY ARE VERY RARE BOONS!

it is such a well polished game. i bought it and fucking love it. and the nectars give you different keepsakes to use in your runs. id highly recommend giving one to skelly early. he gives you a keepsake that gives a free revive

This game is great, I've got about 80 hours on it right now. Definitely try experimenting with builds if you keep playing it, some things that might seem meh can be really OP, for example the ability to charge the volley on bow is insane with Artemis boons. (also you beat Megura first try... nice)

Another game that you may also like is hyper light drifter. A pixel art style game with guns, a lightsaber, upgrades and a story that I can not explain in words. I think it is 20 dollars on ps4.

Myth, I just remembered you said you regret playing Terraria because you wish you just did it for CZcams, but my friend and I just started the Calamity mod run for Terraria and god damn do you have to do it as a series. It makes the game 10x more fun with 10 times more content and 3 times the bosses.
Tip: If you see a door with a hammer, GO TO THAT DOOR! It gives you fatty upgrades
