I was like "wow this music is really good" at that point when you were fighting that Grisha thingy and then I thought "WAIT THIS IS THE GUARDIAN APE THEME"
Bro, go for the Tiel shell upgrade that lets you heal from poison damage. The parry Tiel upgrade actually poisons your self from the cloud, and their are a lot of enemies that poison you in the game. You do you man but for me if I could go back i would get it asap, it actually makes poison heal you a crap tone, like more than the shrooms.
That boss fight was so intriguing, I felt like i watch final fight scene in some movie.
13:35 the spider books are NOT the tutorial fight as fas as I know there a 4 books and when you defeat the boss you get there unique weapon

Hey myth, no idea if this has been said yet, but you might really like darksiders. Platinum games style combos, souls-like bosses, big metroidvania world. There's four games now I think?
If you harden during burn status ailment you dont take damage, its a great tip I came across whilst playing. Hope it helps

If u reach max familiarity with any item they become better.
The max familiarity with the tarspore gives you poison immunity.
The hammer and chisel is OP so u should consider using it.

Day 8 of recommending Shin Megami Tensei till Mythy plays one of the games
Mythy, since you enjoyed Pokemon a lot, you should play Shin Megami Tensei since its Pokemon but with demons and is the series that Persona is a spin off from and is generally known as one of the hardest JRPG franchise. And just like Persona, every game is standalone with a few exception. I think that a good start for the series is either Shin Megami Tensei 4 or Shin Megami Tensei Devil Survivor Overclocked, both of the series that I recommended are on the 3DS.

I'm watching this at night so either A:i can't see shit cause the screen is set dark or B: i increes the brightness and see stuff but than the white flashes periodicly burn my fucking eyes out.

any one else go the black city first and not find any quenching oils before fighting the boss there? After I beat that and found quenching oils the rest of the game was ez mode.

The one thing that throws it off is how dark it actually is

Myth, if u want the most damage play the guy with the crown. He has an ability where damage is gained every time he kills an enemy. And it stacks forever as long as u don't get hit out if ur shell, which shld be kinda easy cuz he has that fatty health bar
The fire probably didn't do as much damage as it should've done, because from what I can tell the Ticks seem to reset when you dodge
They is a statue right next to the spider book with a another weapon , you have to do the spider book to unlock the statue and take the weapon ( the boss is the same from the start but with another weapon )

Good game. Just speaking from a guy that played all souls like games on normal, it wasn’t as challenging as I wanted it to be but still a good one and I’m definitely following the franchise.
