Not only did the old group b rally cars have bad turbo lag, they had very short gears to compensate. By riding the redline it pretty much guarantees that he always had all of his power. It's also a bit awkward because for some corners he is inbetween gears. So he may be banging off the limiter but there'd be no point in shifting up because he'd have to shift down less than half a second later

I don't know what kind of over-rev protection the Group B cars had but downshifting to 2nd while you're at the redline in 3rd would not be good for a normal car

You can get an application to stick all of your monitors into wide one. The PC think that is only one monitor and run the game on that one (acctually 3)

How do you have so much grip, the quattro just wants to hug every surface other than the road. I get too much understeer just generally.
Probably a mix of suspension tuning and practice, or maybe just alterations to the in-game grip values.

I don't know what he is using but I personally use an app called sim dashboard. Works just like in the video with an app on your phone and on your pc. You can connect them via cable or wifi. You can even create your own dash designs it's pretty sick

Seems more arcade game than dirt rally. Many tracks are from dirt rally. codemasters reek and stole money from dirt rally no finished game, and now with the data recover on dirt rally, new spensive game hahaha people are *******
If you over rev the engine like that in real life you would blow up the engine before you finished the lap. That wasn't good to watch, honestly.
And an 80's car with screens, that made me laugh out loud, really realistic shit. Even Colin Mcrae 5 is more realistic and has 15 years old.
It's a game dude, it ain't supposed to be realistic.
