    To do a server comparison (versus), you need to show comparable play. For example, skip the Tutorial on Legends, like you did for Restoration and do the Speeder for Me quest on both or show the population in Mos Eisley. You know, something that is roughly the same. Legends is way more populated, in fact it is currently #1 for server pop, followed by Finalizer. Server pop can be a deal breaker for some. Not saying Restoration isn't populated. It does have a decent server pot, but Restoration has some serious issues.
    Restoration is fun when it is working right. Unfortunately, it has odd lag spikes, crashes, and in my case, it has even caused my PC to freeze up, requiring a full reboot. After reading several posts about Restoration, it seems that has been a common complaint the last few years. I should also note that none of the original devs that were working on Restoration are still around and it is now run by a guy that has been blamed for screwing up a few other servers in the past. I have had no interaction with him personally, but interactions that I have seen him have with the Restoration community, makes him sound like an asshat. I still keep trying it out, but even today, the game completely froze on me twice. Not fun.
    Another thing to note about Restoration is, you do have to register your PC with them. The personal data they collect about your PC and IP is stored on a 3rd party server (allegedly it is not shared and is secured). That's a bit too invasive for a lot of people. Restoration's claim is that, it is necessary to prevent multiple accounts and server misuse. Ironically, every other SWG server seems to be able to do that without you having to register you PC with them.
    Servers that I've played on or currently play on without crashes/freezes (ie; stable servers) are as follows;
    #1 SWG Legends - NGE server with a lot of new/customized content. Currently the most popular/populated server. I still play it off and on.
    #2 SWGemu (or Finalizer) - It is a pre-CU server. Second most populated server. A lot of fun if you like the old school raw SWG. It is currently the second most populated server. I have not played on it recently, but SWGemu is one that I keep going back too.
    #3 SWG Beyond - NGE server with some minor new content. Still seems to be a popular alternative to Legends. I have not played on it in a few years, but it was stable when I was playing on it. One complaint is, you have to join their Discord server to be able to download the launcher.
    (honorable mention) SWG Elvolve - NGE server with a class system more like CU, but with a modern touch. It does allow class hybridization and their version of Brawler and Marksman starting expertise system. It is skill based leveling like the CU. It has real potential, but is not very populated at the moment. There is small scale pvp and regular events, but finding people for instance rund or heroics is hard. I currently play on it off and on.
    Servers that look promising, but I have yet to try are as follows;
    SWG Sunrunned - pre-CU server with NGE elements. A lot of new/customized content. Seems to have a strong following.
    SWG Inifinity - pre-CU server. I do not know a lot about it, but it seems to be second to SWGemu/Finalizer as far as pre-CU servers go. Seems to have a very strong following.
    SWG Empire in Flames - pre-CU hybrid server. Has gotten a lot of thumbs up from server reviewers. The negative that people point out is a low populaton.
    Anyway, there are some decent options for folks to try. Unfortunately, Restoration get a huge thumbs down. Try it at your own risk.
