I have just got that character and I noticed something immediately most characters in this game when it's on Auto Battle they spam their strong attacks constantly but for some reason this character likes using her normal attacks a lot more which is bizarre because like you said her whole kit is based around her strong attacks

Maybe cuz her SA range is rather small compared to others , that the NAD range is larger than it.

Why is it that every burn the witch comes, Ninny refuses to join my squad. Christmas Ninny turned me away both times, and I'm having no luck this time too
Mine is Noel no matter how hard I try she doesn’t come home😭😭
I ran out of orbs trying to get her, got nothing. Game even messed with me on the sixth pull as I got Halloween Lillinette.
I’m in step 8 and the results are looking quite good considering my poor luck😢the past few months.2/5 Noel 1/5 Ninny and 2/5Tensa which I didn’t have before.
she's AMAZING! clearing the current quincy IT with her at 2/5 without killer in less than 2 and half minutes. that's faster than i could do with my 7th anni ichigo. had she had frenzy +2, she would be broken.

@@Zaid_Kanaiko i have white but only 1/5. I like ninny's strong attacks better but i agree that white is stronger. but i do feel ninny is the 2nd best mind character behind white. we don't have many great mind characters.
@@speckohyeah gotta agree on that. We don't have many good mind units to begin with. Ichigo is worthless because of holy Sa1, not everyone has balgo and then we have lisa she has flaws still really powerful.

@@Zaid_Kanaiko i can see why they did not give her frenzy +2 or guage recharge. But another Killer would have been nice for these 2 btw characters. cannot have characters better than the 8th anniversary characters so soon now, can we?

I honestly wish I could have got at least one of the 2 characters out of 11 Poles between both my Devi suggest still have not gotten nothing yet. Just 4 and 3 star characters. Only. Man, I'm getting lousy luck So far.😎👍🏻 But I will not stop until at least get one. As long as I get enough spirit, orbs down. The road eventually trying to find for another poll.😎👍🏻💯💯💯

Same thing with what happened to me with the rerun a few weeks ago, getting three copies of Halloween Ninny until i finally got my first copy of Halloween Noel at step 15.
Pulled two noels first multi and a 7th anni ichigo dupe
i did 10 steps an got 1 ninny and 4 dupes of 7th any ichigo which I already had 5/5 😐Not the best summons I had

Noel. 😄Now that I think about it I was in a similar type of situation on the invasion banner when I had 3/5 ebern 4/5bambi and 1/5 quilge I was thinking of who I should use the pity on quilge cause of the limit breaker or Bambietta. I ended up using it on quilge and used a move source on Bambietta.

Also why do i think this way he showcased how ninny didnt have alot issues in solo it but there she kills everbody in coop tho u cant kill everything with that dmg she cant kill so less recharge wich is more time in her base form so she kinda fumbeld for me
There's something about this character that I particularly dislike, for example the fact that she only has frenzy +1, making her damage completely underwhelming. But what I most hate about her is the fact that her gauge, even though she has the "gauge rampage" skill, is hard to activate, due to the fact that she doesn't have the "gauge effect: 30% strong attack recharge", like any other gauge character has. She is able to do big damage, don't get me wrong, but only when her gauge is active, and, like I said, the gauge is hard to activate. She doesn't feel like an actual burn the witch character. I find it difficult to find her a specific purpose. What's good about her is that she is the best mind hollow killer but that's it. Even then, as soon as a better mind hollow killer comes out anyone will stop using her. Idk what klab was thinking tbh. Btw, same thing goes for Noel, since she's basically a tybw round 15 genryusai but much worse.

Ninny also received a Frenzy +2 boost. However, her Skill Gauge Effect states Frenzy +1, meaning she gains Frenzy +1 upon Gauge activation.

@@bigmac2604 usually banners come back every 3-4 months but seeing it is a seasonal so it wont be anytime soon

Nah man I have both and I like Noel. She has a moving vortex on a 2 second down time. You can basically run through anything with a vortex up all the time.

She’s decent.definitely NOT worth the dupes considering the lack of damage and strong attacks cooldown when the gauge isn’t active!! She’s not a necessity. Luckily the Mind attribute doesn’t have much competition.
Mine got 4/5 by 7th step. Tho I still think she is an absolutely beyond broken garbage of a unit. But still.

Nah they fumbled the bag with these 2 white is 1mil times better as a gauge unit her dmg is gona be good buttt she doesnt have the recharge on gauge skill wich makes her gauge less effectiv and assuming u used all your sa's u might not even get your gauge back bcs her base without gauge rlly strugells and the thing they locked her frenzy plus behind the gauge is also indicator they fumbeld noel and ninny why is ninny fumbeld they literly gave her follow up and bruiser of 20 ded skils could have anything else like devastion or disabler they rlly dont like the btw waifus
Like i always say single player content is worthless. It's the coop that matters and performs horrible there.
