What a great video. Linda's contribution makes a huge difference. I remember when she was originally so camera shy. Your videos are now better than ever.
This has been one of our favorite videos in your newest series and we've been watching y'all for over 2 years now. We really want to visit Tequisquiapan now more than ever. Keep doing more of this type of content, it wasn't too long, it was just right. Looking forward to the next one.
Thanks. I'm glad that you liked it. Historically, we've never been good at travel video but this time we make really tried to improve in terms of content and production quality.
I agree
One would think because of my Italian heritage I would like wine, well I don't. What I do like is your videos. I'm happy Linda is showing up. I want to think you for all your great info on Mexico. I just turned 72 and will be on my way for a extended trip ( 3 month minimum) starting from Tj to Puebla, Veracruz, Jalapa and on. Gracias Amigo's.
Great video! We live in San Miguel and really appreciate all the specific recommendations of food, wine and restaurants! I see a road trip in our future!
Well done! Your format is refreshing. Thank you for not following the obnoxious CZcams travelog format of so many other channels.
Just went for a visit to Querétaro and went to Tequis beautiful ❤
My heart skipped a beat. For a second I thought you were making a video about my hometown Valle de Guadalupe. 😔
Great content for me as usual, thank you for the work i really enjoy the Spanish lessons, the financial tips, this Wine tasting!
Each town and City is so unique in Mex thanks for letting us look - at the possibilities!
And, yes. The video length is perfect!! Read someone else's comment and have to agree with that!
Thanks for continuing to follow the channel. Take care, Stevo.
Love this video! Glad you kept it all as one. Thank you for the wonderful information 😁
Thanks for the positive feedback. Have a great week, Carolyn. :)
Good evening !! Mark and I just watched your video… we just got back to PDC from there!!! We went to the Donato winery and the town Bernal and enjoyed it sooo much!!! We flew to Mexico City where some friends of ours took us on a 5 day tour of the area surrounding CDMX !!! Thanks for all your awesome videos !!! ❤
Thanks for watching! Take care. :)
Great travel video. Can't wait to visit Tequis.! I've heard it's a great little town. Please do more travel vids. Really fun and well done. You guys are one of my faves for Mexican travel info. Good stuff!
Thank you so much! Historically, we haven't been very good at travel videos, but this time we went in with a plan and I think the final product turned out pretty decent. We'll keep getting better....hopefully. :)
I didn't feel the video was too long. I Enjoyed the video and I like Linda's dry sense of humor "that's why I'm fun Linda".
Great video, what a cool place. My mouth was watering over the delicious food (and wine)! Thanks for the tour, lots of things to do. ☮️❤️😎
Glad you enjoyed it!
Your travel videos are getting excellent!! Looking forward to more!!
Really enjoyed the video. Both this channel and your learning spanish channel inspire me. I've been to Mexico only once and I loved it. I always thought that it a paradise when you consider all the agricultural products they produce.
Great video. I am adding these places to my “must do” list for sure. Good job.👏🏻
Sounds great and I can't wait to return, it was amazing the first trip!
I have not seen your videos lately. I am glad to see them again.
I usually watch your Spanish language videos but I loved this one with your esposa! We have lived on and off in Mexico Baja Norte, for many years and enjoyed the Valle de Guadalupe wine region. We have traveled all over Mexico and enjoyed a couple of wineries in the Queretero, SMA región Tierra de Cuna, Tres Raíces, Frexinet?, and La Hacienda. I’m excited to try the others that you showed here in the video. We are living in Spain and enjoying the wines here but will be back in Mexico in a year or two and will definitely check these wineries out. Great video.
Thanks, Dina. Spain must be a pretty cool place to live. You should start a channel. :)
Great travel video!. You really know how to show the charm of Tequisquiapan with the wines and cheese tours plus the food places.
You too are my go-to people for Mexico!
I hope you can make more travel videos like this. Yours are professionally done and not annoying like so many out there. I also appreciate an honest review without hyping up the area. Keeping it real! Good work.
Thanks for the feedback. Travel videos have never been our strong suit, but I think this one came out pretty good. Linda enjoyed making it and said she wants us to make more. I really think it is just an excuse to travel more.
Yes, we were there this past Thursday and it felt like we had the town to ourselves. Actually loved it! Had great food at Rincón Mexicano.
Great times! We are going to Tequisquiapan on Tuesday, from QRO. I’ve been anxiously awaiting your video! Thank you!
Really enjoyed this video! Hope to see more like this!
I'm glad you liked it. Thanks for watching. :)
Love this video and Linda, please keep showing us different places in Mexico!!😊
Thank you! Will do!
Love the video and the pace of your trip. Saludos to both.
Thanks so much!
I LOVED this video!!! Please do more of them! Have always wanted to visit this area. Thank you so much for sharing it with us!
Thanks for the feedback, Cathy. :)
very cool!! great breakdown! you should do more vids like this
I visited a lavender farm just outside Tequis. But I didn't make it into Tequis. When my driver gave me the price back to QRO (1000 pesos) I decided I didn't want to pay more to get into the town. Dammit - my cheapness kills me!
BTW, I tried to find a local driver on a FB group, but none were available. And I agreed to pay Uber rates.
Good to see Linda!
Paul you did it again..❤.You are great..Iove your very documented youtube clips .KEEP UP YOUR GREAT PASSION!!!!
LOVE this video- good format & nice to have commentary from both of you. More, 🙏 😊
Glad you enjoyed it!
Great video about this town! So much stuff that I want to do there.
Excellent, Linda and Paul. I enjoyed it very much. !SHARING
I absolutely LOVE your videos !! thank you soo much for sharing !!

Great video with good information!
Muy bien..Gracias! I love the wine country vibe. Horses too.. Lived an hour from Napa in 70s-80s...Wine and cheese almost every Sunday.
Loved it pass it on to family and friends that live now in Mexico. Thanks for sharing your trip.
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for sharing it. :)
I'm buying a House in Lake Chapala next month. This is one I'm putting on my traveling plans. Thanks for your enlightening knowledge! Exceptional video!
Great idea for mid week visit
You guys are a very likable couple. Thanks for sharing this great experience.
Thanks for watching!
Great video and thanks for the info!
Glad it was helpful!
I overnighted in Tequisquiapan on MX120 a number of years ago on my first motorcycle trip through Mexico. Loved it and the memories and thank you for this video which brough back those memories.
Extra bonus ADVer thumbs up! 😀 We are heading to Cuenca, Ecuador. I keep wondering if I will see my old KLR there, as that's where it ended up.
Thank you for sharing your experiences! We just returned from Playa del Carmen and ready to go back!
What a nice video. I have been to Tequisquiapan and it is a beatiful place. Please keep enjoying life!!!
Well done and informative! Thanks.
Thanks for watching!
I loved this video!!! We are moving to Queretaro from QRoo in a couple months. We are so excited to go to the wineries and check out the area. Thank you for sharing!!!!
i grew up in nor cal and those wineries look a lot like napa. love qroo's "nothing but the facts maam please" normal vlogs, but this one was great, gracias!
REALLY like these Travel Videos. Please do more. Live part time in Ajijic, so will definitely plan a trip to Tequisquiapan. Thanks.
Wine and cheese❤woman after my own heart. Great fun video. Thankyou
I can't thank you enough for your CZcams videos. Content, quality is excellent and fun! You guys are living the life my lovely spouse and I hope too, very soon!
Thanks, Bernard. It is a great lifestyle. I am sure you two will love it!
Excellent and informative video, thanks!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Nice video. Well done!
If you go to Bernal, BRING WARM CLOTHES. I have never been so cold as when I went there with only a jean jacket, capris and t-shirt. Had to buy clothes.
Great video guys, loved it! ❤
Thanks so much!
Wow. Loved this video.
It looks lovely. 👍 Just made it back to Lake Chapala last week after being in Thailand for six months, and I'm looking forward to seeing more of Mexico, this is now on the list.
Great tip. I will definitely go there where I am down next. BTW in my last windy message, I forgot to mention that the to withholding at BBVA is called a Meta Segura.
This is good! That is only about 2 1/2 hours from where we live, in Morelia. My wife is into really into wine and cheese too. We'll go in the next couple weeks.
Just want you guys to know, I've been following your vlogs since before we relocated to Morelia, from Reno, Nevada in 2021.
Your video about living in Mexico, on my Social Security, made my decision. We live an amazing life, and it's the best move I've ever made. My wife's family is from both Mexico City, and here in Morelia.
Thanks so much, for your advice, entertaining way of communicating.
VIVA MEXICO, and regards to your lovely bride, Linda. Looking forward to the next one...
I'm so happy to hear that you are loving life in Morelia. You should check out Tequis sometime, but go during the week. Wednesday is the sweet spot. Most things are open. :)
Visit "La Redonda." That place is just gorgeous!
@@qroo I'm thinking, next week. Thanks for the tip! My wife is familiar with it.
Oh...so glad you shoved it all together... and I would have loved more!
Felt like a delightful visit in your living room...
What a joy to be invited 😉
Gracias... hasta la próxima!
Glad you liked it!!
Great video, really enjoyed it!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Your videos keep getting better and better ! This is an excellent format for your "travel" videos. So informative; you and Linda complement each other very well. We travel during the week and so much appreciate your selection of good restaurants(and food choices) and places you prefer to stay. We live in Leon, and will return to Tequis armed with much valuable information, Thanks, Paul and Linda. Awesome job. 🤠🍓🍷🍷
Thank, Phil. You have been watching since the beginning and had to sit through our early -- and may I say terrible -- attempts at travel videos. This time we had better equipment and went in with a plan. We are pretty happy with the result.
What a great destination!
Phil, can you tell us about your quality of life in Leon? I have been there a couple of times, picking up and returning friends to the airport, when I was staying in GTO. How is life there, when you're not just passing through?
Very informative, as always. Linda, you're getting much more comfortable on camera and it shows. "Fun Linda" :) Please keep up your contributions! - Anne
Thank you so much!
This was a great video!.
Saludos ✌️
Glad you liked it!
Very informative. Thank you.
Thanks for watching!
I always like your videos, but this one was extra extra good. Keep it up!!
Thanks, will do!
Nice. Finally a travel video.
Thanks for watching. Some of our viewers dislike our travel videos.
Mexico is a beautiful country and it's good to show that it's more than just the beaches and cantinas. Perhaps you will visit the central highlands that are breathtaking. And even take a day trip to Guanajuato explore the tunnels.
Paul you look great with that cowboy hat, like one of the magnificent seven!
I love wine, my husband loves steak, and my son loves horses so this video is great because for my family has valuable recommendations of what we will enjoy. Even we live in Querétaro did not know of some of the places you mentioned. Thanks so much for this video.
Welcome to Queretaro Monica. If you go, you must visit "La Redonda," it's a beautiful place. I love it. Hope to see you around some time. Buenas noches amiga!
Loved the video.
So glad!
I live in qro and have only been to tequis once, but this video definitely made me want to return!
Welcome to Queretaro.
Great video you guys crack me up , got to have my wife watch this one she loves wine too, good info keep it up also like how you got Linda to do a lot of the commentary she’s great
Thanks for the feedback. I keep telling her that she does a great job in the videos. She is the lead on a house hunting video in Tequis that we are editing now.
@@qroo slow down on your camera movement got alittle sea sick from the house hunting video , good info and content 👍
Well, I'm hungry and thirsty now. Love dry red wine but never tried MX wine. Everything y'all described are things we'd love to do (my wife has never rode a horse, I grew up with them). Nice paint horse Linda. They all looked good. Love all your travel videos, so colorful, natural outdoor feel. Thanks again from Texas.
Some of the best Cabernet Saugivnon in the world is being made in Valle de Guadeupe, Baja California Sur. I am very interested in interning with an established vigneron, there. We will likely be in Mendoza, Argentina for the next wine harvest and production season.
I just loved this video grear job I am mexican live in LOS ANGELES but We are making that trip
You should check it out. It's a great area.
You guys!!! I love this video! I think you may have found your formula! You looked relaxed and comfortable. I really got the feel for the pueblo and 100% will visit
Thanks, Lora. We are trying to get better at this whole travel video thing. :)
@@qroo you get better every time. Because you both are brave enough to take feedback. I am a fan 😎
Thank you so much for this information. I dont know that we would have found this town on our own. We definitely want to plan a visit!! It looks beautiful......:-)
Another great video!
Thanks, Kevin. Thanks for watching.
Great video!
Thanks!
Hey, guys! This made me give a little squeal of delight as you showed Tequisquiapan. I have been working in the wine industry for three years, making and selling wine in Washington State. We went to QRO, Bernal and Tequis back in February. We just loved it. I love the size, prices and flavor of this area. Of course, Centro is gorgeous, but the highway periphery is desolate and industrial.
Be careful coming off the 57D cuota. Picked up a mordita there in a rental. Dude kept moving his hand to his pistol in a threatening way, as I participated in the mordita script. 😲
Loved this video. THANKS for the links. I am putting them Want To Go on my Google Maps.
I'm glad you liked it. Thanks for watching. :)
If you want to go somewhere that is a small and quiet beach town. Go to San Felipe, Baja California. It's a cute small town.
Of the 15 different foreigners that I know of who make regular travel and Mexico CZcams videos, your videos are the best. I don't like wine or cheese but love your videos : ) thanks for sharing your journey.
Thank you! 😃
I really Enjoyed this Video. Gives me the Bug. I WANT TO VISIT THIS PLACE. I Love the way you Both Speak. I Appreciate your Voices. Its a Pleasure to Listen, and I can get thru the whole Presentation with out my Usual Irritably because of Harsh Sounds.
Thank you so much for the feedback, Margaret. :)
Great I want to visit places in Mexico in I have no idea where to start .
Enjoyed your adventures!
More to come!
Looks like a great place! Nice to see Linda getting some camera time. We know how shy she is🤣!
It was awesome. It's a shame you guys couldn't meet us there this time. Maybe next time.
Amazing video and you are appreciated! We are in Nuevo Vallarta right now and tasting great Casa Madero wines from the oldest vineyard in Mexico. Make sure to try Casa Madero Malbec at a reasonable price and then the 3V Gran Reservation blend for a great treat. Amazing Mexican wines.
Casa Madero makes our favorite Mexican wines. We really like the Malbec.
Interesting place, thanks
Glad you enjoyed it.
Great video! We live next to one of Canada’s wine and cheese routes and Tequis looks much nicer and very much cheaper. We will definitely look to visit while we winter in Ajijic.. would love to run into you guys some day😊
I liked it shoved all together. Need to add to the list. 😂
Thanks RPTV.
You should come back. Many things are chainging for good down here.
In Bernal, my favorite restaurant is Folk
We'll check it out next time. Thanks.
Thanks!
Thank you so much, Reggie! :)
very cold in the evening and at night.
This was such a cool video great job. Did you rent a car in Mexico City to get there? Then you had the private driver to the wineries? We love wineries and cheese so this is going to be a definite place we go visit. 😊 mucho gracias
Thanks! Great travel video!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thank you for sharing all of the information. You have sold me on visiting. Any idea how to best get there from Cozumel?
You will need to fly into Queretaro Airport. There are direct flights from Cancun.
@@qroo Thank you!!
Again, a great video. I take it you flew in and if so do they have an airport?
Yes, we flew in to Queretaro Airport. It was a 40 minute taxi ride to Tequis and it cost about $550 MXN.
Next time hit some art museums 😉
