Your film making and the over all quality of your videos are so good. Easily one of the best in the "running" videos genre. Im very surprized you only get the amount of views and subs you have. Every time I see one of your shorts or videos it just puts a smile on my face from the calming vibe it gives. I don't know its hard to explain

Loved this perspective as a fellow runner/creator (mainly photography with me though)! A question from me would be how you got connected with a group to train in CO over the summer because that’s something I’ve always wanted to experience
Everyone runs. I met Ethan Gregg in the laundry room at my apartment and we became training partners for a lot of the summer. Also, just showing up to Tom Watson park and asking to hop in on a group run. I did a long run with two complete strangers and it was great. There’s always someone starting or finishing a run. So don’t be scared to talk people. Runners are cool and they usually love meeting new people.

What are some of your favorite running based books? Or just books in general?
I really like Phil Knights “shoe dog.” “Running with the buffaloes” is always a classic. “Run the mile you’re in” takes a more faith-based approach to running, which I really enjoy.
Have you changed anything nutritionally in your stress fracture recovery period?
I wanna meet you bro. I do track too and we often do the same meets
