If you're looking for a decent set of near studio quality sound, look no further! The Mackie CR-X 3 inch speaker is an affordable desktop monitors that will blow you away with the sound it produces at the price it's at. This set of speaker comes equipped with 1/4-inch and RCA inputs plus a 1/8-inch aux in. You have volume control in the front and headphones output as well.
Now the reason I say that it's "near" studio quality is there is a very faint hissing sound that I can't seem to get rid of. If you're an audiophile and really want super clean sound, don't get this speaker. However, if you're an everyday consumer like me and just want something affordable that sounds great, this can be for you. The hissing sound is barely noticeable when you're playing games or music unless you really concentrate on it and listen for it. Aside from that, I think it's a great entry level monitors that will up your sound if you're just running with onboard monitor speakers or cheap computer speakers.
