@@KatieM2262 ...from what I've read, he was forbidden from speaking her name further for legal reasons. So maybe that's why he didn't do it? Regardless, I'm just wondering if his entire apology should be negated just because he didn't say her name when it is obvious who he is talking about. Maybe he should just not have addressed his behavior at all and let his PR agent or attorney issue a blanket apology. Narcissist rarely EVER apologize, and when they do, they throw a little victim shaming in the mix, which he didn't do. He is a disgusting, evil, and narcissistic individual. Hi! It seems like a no-brainer that both should be able to be prosecuted just the same, however, the statute of limitations have been lifted for rape but not assault. If Cassie could’ve produced footage of the tape, she could’ve pressed charges criminally. However, she did not have access to those tapes, therefore, she went the civil route, which she won. So that would mean even if she gets her hands on footage, she cannot file against him again. However, the state can. I have a feeling those tapes are coming 😏
