I completely agree. Since when does a court system have the authority to strip family caregivers of their power of attorney, only to hand it over to a court-appointed guardian?? Since when were guardians allowed to withhold a client's money to this extent? This individual refuses to provide Wendy with necessities, refuses to let her visit with family (where she’d be much better off), & instead insists on isolating her & allowing her to drink herself to death. Seems like there's an ulterior motive. This guardian needs to be held criminally negligent for wendys demise.
@@ashleyd3453it’s definitely possible. Let’s say that a doctor says that she was not being taken care of while with her family. A court appointed guardian may then be provided and can have full access to their assets.

They all have different jobs. Some of these people are at the top of their industries, and this is why they are famous.

Dementia is one of the most terrible illnesses anyone could possibly go through. My grandma had it and towards the end her memory loss got to the point of losing her ability to swallow 😢 not to mention the erasure of all her family in her memory. I sometimes wonder if she was ever aware that she had dementia.
That's the worst part. I'm a geriatric caregiver, and usually, they are painfully aware of their lost abilities. Most times, it's what causes them to be frustrated and upset but they can't find the words to explain it. 😢 When you have dementia your brain is LITERALLY wasting away and is digested then released through your feces. My heart goes out to you. ❤
It is truly horrible. I watched my stepfather lose skills during one of my 10 day trips to help my mom. I had done much longer trips without seeing anything like that but in those last months he lost skills in short periods of time. He passed quickly after that which I am heartbroken about but also grateful because his memory centers were intact so he was losing his skills but was more aware than many people are. He was the best person ever so this was super unfair.
If she wants to work for Shakira she has not learned her lesson. She took a very young lady's life. A beautiful lady's life

literally YESTERDAY i was driving down a country ass road in GA picking up my bf and they were filming Stranger Things on the side of the road (they were filming at a church and the church was made to look like the upside down). i've seen them filming a few times over the years, they always film around where i live. so yes, they are definitely coming out with more seasons

@carolinec31 I think the above poster is pointing to how improbable and absurd it would be for a board to release Yolanda now, because she is demonstrating (through her stated intentions on what to do when free) that her behavior hasn't been rehabilitated in prison. But I agree with you insofar as: if Yolanda caught wind of the way G. Rose has been getting access to celebrities after incarceration, why not? We know she was literally deluded when she ended Selena's life. Counseling for mental illness in isn't a norm in U.S. prisons and delusions don't just go away because she was in a cell.

I’m glad someone is standing up for the keys involved. Obviously it’s very easy to stand up and question where is Wendy, how is Wendy, what’s going on with her, cause she’s a human whose supposed to be tracked (ie her whereabouts need to be known so she is taken care of) but when it comes to the pets and animals involved in these situations, no one bats an eye or bothers to look.

Hon worked with people as a therapist who had frontal temporal dementia. There is no comeback. She lose her voice in eventually she’ll lose her ability to swallow, and then her ability to breathe. Alcohol made it worse, but it wasn’t the cause

Wendy Williams team deff wants to keep her sick and not help her at all. I am a geriatric nursing assistant and we want our patients especially with dementia to have their family around. Idk what facility is allowing or approving a treatment plan were family is not involved and contact is not permitted. This can even make her dementia worse. Therefore allowing me to believe that whoever is her power of attorney does not have her best interest at heart.
