Wow, what a performance by the Mighty Blues! Fair play to the Brumbies, for that awesome 2nd Half Battle providing the pressure to the Blues. Also in the 1st half, there was some small knock-ons by the Blues. Like for example... Blues No.9 Finlay Christe knocked the ball on, as he was trying to catch the ball. What did the Ref did you ask? Turned a blind eye, and didn't call a knock-on, as the ref pretended that he didn't just saw that, which was weird. Up the Mighty Chiefs for tomorrow! In New Zealand's Capital Wellington.
@@HighBoss one of the scrum calls too were very poor blues clearly slipped on alaalatoa side and the referee took advice from far side touch judge and ignored whats infront of him and pinned the brumbies for something he couldnt see.
there was an amazing sequence in this game, around the time of the yellow card, where the ref missed about four knock-ons in a row, from both teams. Seemed like he'd decided 'ehhh, it's wet, I won't blame them for dropping the ball'
To give credibility to your rugby wisdom, it would be great if you could do a preview and explain the best strategy. Please do it for the game tomorrow.
Was hoping for a Brumbies win, but alas not to be. Great channel, just subscribed. Aussie sides getting better this year, hopefully kick on and continue improving next year, particularly the Reds. Only way is up for the Waratahs!
Taking the 3 wasnt much of an issue imo. They had much bigger problems in their set piece being a disaster. Dont think they ever tried to maul on once. What's happened to the brumbies this year that they cant even maul anymore?
Good point they went from the best maul to non existent. U would never see the brumbies not go for the lineoug a few years ago. Now they taking taps like they forgot how to play.
Love your Love of the game, your passion... as an armchair critic now with my playing days well over love your channel were i can come here to and listen to an unbiases post-game analysis/breakdown of all games Rugby , O-Sum Champ!!
The Blues are great team.Vern Cotter improved our forwards that is the difference. I think you are a little hard on the Brumbies. They only lose by 14 points at Eden Park. Last year this Blues team got thrashed by Crusaders 54 to 12 in the semifinals. I think the Reds and Brumbies have improved this year.
Cotter did a great job recognising they cant play the same style as they did when thry had beauden and this team is so much better over all without beauden
If this is Australia best team, Then there is no hope for Wallabies to change history this year, I was hopeful that 2024 could be a return of a competitive Wallabies to challenge for the Bledisloe Cup this year
Rugby crowds are down because of poor marketing and commentators and pundits constantly bashing the game. League has superior marketing and their commentators talk up the game as ‘the greatest game’.

2 minute try, not flash mate. The Brumbies didn't start playing till the second half, and that was 7 all I think, 20 minutes for the first scrum, they'd already dropped their lip, and just got owned. They all looking at Carter, and thinking on it eh, what you said about Eddie after the World Cup is coming true mate.
Mate as soon as lonergan kicked it like 5 meters from their 22 i knew blues were gona score. It was such a bad play. What did i say about eddie ur refering to? ive said too much🤣

2nd half, nearly 20 minutes with 98% territory they couldn't turn into any points. Despite your hatred of kicking penalties, it would have been pure justice if brumbies got the 14 points because "captain" reiko ioane is too stupid to kick 3. Both teams somehow can't catch kickoffs? wtf Reffing was very generous to blues, bunches of "knocked back" somehow, massive obvious forward pass for Lam try, caleb clark scooping ball up completely offside. i forget the other specifics but there was heaps of poor officiating.(including touchjudges that can't do their base jobs as well)
Thats how blues played whole season. They are fresh and they wear u down and score trys. Then u are too tried to fight back after defending for 20 phases. That touch judge rulled a scrum penalty from lile 40meters away and he had to be corrected miltiple times for whos lineout its supose to be.
I'll tell you why Feng.... these teams resort to tradition because they assume their defence has the potential to save them! Their lack of ability to promote their capacity to be confident in their attack is born of fear! because they know their attacking ability is nowhere near enough to be effective at this level

Yeah the refs missed multiple obvious knockons in the game. They didnt end up affecting much play but it was a bad look for the officials.
