I'm new, l've only done 23 deliveries so far and my account just got deactivated and the email doesn't even specify for what, it vaguely says I should check out the Abusing the Platform section of the policies. I feel like if you're going to try to accuse me of doing fraudulent activity, you should at least tell me what I supposedly did wrong and maybe give me some evidence? I literally didn't even do anything wrong and this shit came out of nowhere & the money that I worked hard for was withheld from me :) I tried appealing but nothing. Not only that, after DoorDash deactivates you, they steal all the money in your DoorDash account. That’s why I tell people to make sure they cash out their money every day or after every drive to their Dasher account. Sooo frustrating my s.o. was literally top dasher in our area for 3 months straight. We did over 2000 deliveries. They deactivated his account for low completion rate. How do they deactivate the account while he was still top dasher?? Didn't give us any warning. We we top dasher last night and woke up being deactivated. Ridiculous!! Plus they really treat the dasher terrible. If a customer calls and lies they just take their word and don't even ask the driver. Anyway thank you for your video.
My account was deactivated this morning when I went to go do some doordashing. I have appealed and am now waiting and wondering how long it takes to get reviewed and reactivated. I have read over the terms and conditions of both agreements and have not found anything that I would have done to receive this. At the end of the day I found Vinzetech for recommendation and he’s good!

I know. I just got deactivated from a contract violation I never should have gotten. Customer committed fraud and claimed they never received their order. However I submitted a picture of dropoff multiple text back and fourth and 2 missed calls to them. Door dash still deactivated me. I’m top dasher every month with over 3 thousand completed trips in just one year and perfect ratings. It’s insane.
Every time I have an issue I contact support and make sure nothing will get me deactivated but it still happens! They don't tell you why they deactivated you.
But what if money was stolen? Can I get it back? It is my son’s account and this is his only source of income. He can’t wait six months.
So apply for a business license it's easy I did it over night .you will get a ein (employee identification number) which can be used instead of your social you can also get loans ect. Your ein also has a separate credit score. It's a 9 digit number.

At this point we all just need to come together and pitch in 1 big class action lawsuit! Door dash can’t be operating this way!
Using someone else's phone number will not work because when you're actually out dashing, you can only call the customer or doordash from the phone number they have on record.
Also, I believe if you get an LLC and file for an EIN number from the IRS that EIN will work in place of your SSI number.
What I want to know is why Doordash holds dashers accountable for problems that we don't even cause. And they don't even give us the proper training on how to deal with these issues. I'm a dasher in Salt Lake City as well and I got a "deactivation policy violation" whatever that is.. long story short I picked up an order from coldstone and immediately got a call from the customer stating that they put in the wrong address. I kindly explained to them that I can't change the address myself and that they would need to call doordash support. I decided to call dasher support myself and explain what was going on. That's what you would think you should do right? Wrong. The fact that I called means that I technically "initiated the cancelation" of the order and doordash found the reason "invalid". Doordash is just asking for a lawsuit at this point.

I used to work with Door Dash in Ogden, but now I live near Layton. The only good thing about Door Dash in Salt Lake County is catering orders! My favorite catering customer was Annie G; she always tipped 18.9% and had $300+ orders. But she's from the West Jordan map.

You can't make a second account, even if you wait 6 months. No matter what I do, it flags me after face scan/I'd scan. Waited over a year, same results. Tried much more methods than what you said, and nothing works

Waiting out is fine because you have to put in your same drivers license unless you change states then that's different

You can't get another SSN but you can get whats called a CPN which is a set of numbers something like a SSN that is technically connected to your SSN. Business people do it when their SSN have been comprimised

Man, six months is a long time that I just don't have. I was making 8K to 10k a month using door dash and then suddenly they banned me simply because the map took me out of the way to a different location. making the deliveries late. They told me the waiting time is 3 days to 2 weeks and you were saying 6 months. That's absolutely insane and ridiculous.
I was deactivated because of so-called fraudulent documents even when I tried to upload them they still said it was permanent deactivated,so glad techie.analyst @ inxstgrm was able to come through.

There is a way around the social... Since door dash is an independent contractor operated business, you can set up a Tax Id(TIN) and use that for the social. Then when u file taxes you wont have to use your door dash income as personal.... Bigger return possibilty

Uber deactivated me because my license got suspended for not showing up to court. I paid GiG_CONNECT and was reactivated.
I got a big return for working as an independent contractor with Lime scooters. The pay isn't as good as 3rd party food deliveries or ride share, but I use Everlance, and every time I drove to my location of employment, along with picking up at least one scooter on the way there or back, I counted it as "work" mileage. Since I made well under 58 cents per mile, or whatever the deduction rate is, I got more of a refund!
I got deactivated for a speeding ticket that I didn't do, my Information was stolen and I went to court the judge gave my money back , and got it thrown out but the B.M.V was no help its still on there and they wont help me. so at this point I'm not sure what to do? I was deactivated for the first time since I started dashing 2 years and 2 months ago with more than 5,400 deliveries, a 100% completion, 85% acceptance rating, and a 4.97 customer rating. They claim I was repeatedly late but that is not true unless the merchant is late, customers gave the wrong address for delivery or didn't have a gate code, traffic and construction delays, too many stack orders making us late for the customers, etc. DoorDash says 10 business days now for reactivation review fortunately I met ‘vinzetech’ through the comment section

DD deactivated someone I know with over 7k delivers, over a failed background check he had way before signing up with doordash he worked for them for 3 years never late no contract violation never no items missing and 5 star rating the whole 3 years. Which means they pretty much used him and many other people with none violent crimes during the pandemic and once the pandemic was over they started to let people go. He later told me he got help from ‘vinzetech’ who put her back on track

You cannot have two socials, but you can have a social, and then a tax ID number which works in replace of the social # in many ways.

So I've been doordashing for over a year and I've been top dasher for like 4 of those months. I've only ever had one customer report that I didn't deliver the food but my dash cam caught the delivery and I sent it to support and nothing every happened because of it. (This happen like 7 months ago) Fast forward until today and they deactivated my account for Supposedly marking food that wasn't delivered as delivered. I never received any emails about this or customer complaints. I have a dash cam in my car that records almost every delivery. Customer support wasn't any help and all they did was tell me to fill out a form to get re-activated. It's so sad that as a dasher I have no right or anybody to talk to about doordash glitches. It let me log in the app today like normal. I started my shift and I even accepted an order before being randomly disconnected and 5 minutes of trying to reconnect to the server it finally said I was deactivated. I tried to contact the support for over 2 weeks till I met Vinzetech. I’m happy to tell you my account is successfully reactivated

Especially after covid, 90% of orders are "leave at my doo".
I've been well over 1,000 dashes and I think I've gotten a cash tip maybe six or seven times... And it was because I did something over and above what I had to do so that was on top of the tip on the app.
If you can't take the order for what it's showing don't accept it. When you get to the restaurant make sure you know where you're actually going before you actually pick up the food so that you can understand if it's somewhere that you don't want to be..
I want you to know however that I'm very proud of you for cussing that person out anyway. I can't tell you how many times I have wanted to do that when I delivered to some place out in the country and its pitch black and they won't answer the phone etcetera.

I stop ordering food on doordash and uber eats 4 months ago and call the restaurant directly for pick up order and my food ready every time I arrive……when the restaurant don’t have to lose a cut to third party, my food will be priority ahead of delivery.

I tried signing back up using a different email in a different phone number and they sent me an email saying my verification process failed they will not move forward so when you try to call them they just tell you that it failed they don't tell you why they just tell you that you have to do an appeal and it can take up to 10 days and you'll have three times to send them your ID so because doordash just sucks all the way around

Lately I deliver at buildings where I get no signal to mark the orders as delivered, so I have mark the orders as deliver til I get out the building and I have signal . I believe thats why they flagged me . I have over 6,000 deliveries, 3 years with 4.8 rating and I’m a premier driver dasher . Can anyone give me advise on what to do to get my account activated, thanks
This literally just happened to me about an hour ago for the same exact reason. I’m so lost and confused. Like you I was a premier dasher with a completion rate of 99%, acceptance rate 95%, and customer rating at 4.8 as well. Everytime there were wait issues or delays I contacted DoorDash via chat support.
I woke up for my scheduled dash to the email my account has been deactivated for the independent agreement violation or something like that. It says they received a report about abusive language. The only situation I recall is the other day at Jersey Mike's, one of their employees asked if I wanted to buy some weed. I don't mind thst stuff at all but got bothered by it and said something to the guy. After he hands me the order i started leaving and he and three others started following me out of the store. Then I said something to them. Hours later I was deactivated. I appealed but they ignored me. Found the feedbacks about #Vinzetech helping dashers and gave it a shot. I enjoy doing this. My ratings are exceptional in all categories.
DD will deactivate you for anything and without any real notice. All it takes is one customer to say they didn’t get their food and you’re up shit creek. Would love to beat the system and get back on but man most of their orders didn’t pay that great anyway. I feel GH and Uber are better
Grub Hub pays more per order. But they usually have longer trips; at least they pay for the extra mileage too!

This is true, sucks because you have to start from scratch , taking trash orders. & when they catch on to new account and deactivate again(cause they will eventually) just make another one 💀💀 I would suggest getting whole new phone (IP address). maybe the new account will last longer than 150-200 orders….. I use text now for one DoorDash account on this iPhone I’m on now , and it got deactivated hella quick. I suggest getting new phone, on top of new email and new phone number.
@@chanelrunlaps I can see your knowledge with the internet / internet connected devices are limited. Phone have hardware IDs, such as IMEI’s. Your phones IP always changes as you’re connecting to different towers that route their data through different data centers. I have no idea how doordash’s system works or what they flag / don’t flag. VPNs just mask your IP, not sure how that’s relevant here.

I worked for door dash Australia they deactivated me over a completion rate that fell to 78% which i was not aware of then a violation came up using this excuse that i never delivered the item to a customer door when in fact the photo was download through the app. So if i make a new account using a new email new number they still require the process of back ground checks. Do you think they would not know and activate this new account. The support team was real shit they don't give a shit about you there from the Manila outsourced to answer support calls through to Australia. yet they want a good write up after the call to see the interaction to make themselves look good not the drivers. so let me no if back ground checks would trigger there flagging

I made my account passed the background test. Did a tutorial then bam account was deactived the second the tutorial finished for " suspicious behavior" damn sorry for doing the tutorial didn't know it was suspicious lmao

How would you just make a new account with a new email and phone number but the same drivers license (and social)? The drivers license is how they get your driving imprint. A new email/phone number won’t do shit.

Did me the same way. Every week they found something to pick with me on. My completion rate was 92 after 1 week it went to 85. I called to ask how did it drop’ I’m a top dasher. They couldn’t tell me. Then he told me all I have to do is keep accepting orders and I’ll go up and I’ll never did! They deactivated me 2 days after the agent said that

I tried to dash this morning like every morning, and couldn’t login. I never got an email about deactivation, I had to call support and they said it was due to not meeting background check. I’ve never had a customer complaint or CV. Nothing on my background either. I filed an appeal but I’m really bummed as this is my full time gig before I give birth (8 months pregnant). My bestie told me about LEXOFIX and he fixed it in hours. Highly suggest them to anyone that might have the same issue.

Got deactivated due to a power outage in my area after midnight that left all the businesses in the area without power. Doordash kept sending me orders after I informed them the stores in the area were all closed. Meanwhile chat support was supposed to contact these places of business and it’s obvious they didn’t because they would have been told of the outage. So I’m deactivated from doordash until my appeal is reviewed. Absolutely ridiculous.

This is why DD or any other side hustle like this is only meant to be a part time gig! I have a full time job which brings me peace of mind. Most of us who use DD and UE do the right thing for the customer. I would never want to feel on a daily basis I could get deactivated for no reason and then take up to 6 months to get reactivated 🤷🏻♀️

It has nothing to do with doing right by the customer most of the time you get deactivated for unfair reasons that are beyond your control

I think of it as accepting a job that you know you will eventually get terminated. I did this full time while living with my parents. Luckily, when I got deactivated, I had already started an account for Grub Hub. The only problem is Grub Hub doesn't let you change maps like Door Dash, so when I moved, I had to drive out of my map to work.

Yeah I just Finally started taking it seriously and averaged 800 bucks per week for the last month doing it from morning till night. Went to go dash yesterday, logged into my account and I was deactivated 😢. I'm so pissed right now. They didn't even give me a clear reason as to why I was deactivated.

The time I was deactivated, it was right after Christmas when I ran into a lot of the stores that were closed that on Christmas Eve. I got lucky I guess after appealing at the end of that January. I am trying to find the exact year but I think it was 2021 going into 2022.

Uber is better. I had this same problem driving Uber and they got me back on. It was my own fault why I got deactivated for a better reason: I sucked at using smartphones. I got my first smartphone to work with Uber. I ended up not working with Lyft for so long that they want me to have another background check, but I want to wait until 2 years after my last traffic ticket. But I was very active with Door Dash when a customer didn't like her order dropped off second and reported me as drunk. I tried appealing twice and it didn't work, after waiting 3 or more months.
I live in Canada and got deactivated because of my completion rate, and if not most of the time, alot of the time restaurants would have you waiting which would would screw you over for your delivery drop off. They had recently reset the the completion rate to %100 and then you had to maintain a 90% or higher completion rate. That’s in Canada. I started kinda close to the end of august and just deactivated today. I had roughly 477 deliveries. This has me chapped! Any help from anyone who be appreciated

I got deactivated recently. I got through the initial background check with a misdemeanor theft from a couple of years ago. Doordash was fine with me. Drove for last 14 months np. Cut to a year and a half later and I randomly noticed from checker that they sentthe same background check to doordash and grubhub that changed nothing about my past. DoorDash deactivated me on Friday. Now I'm having to dispute with Checkr. doordash basically just going in a loop of oh you didn't pass your background check. Why was this fine a year and a half ago and now all of a sudden it's worthy of deactivation and why does Dd not care and they just deactivate you ,Thanks for coming through orwadecyber I will get back to work tomorrow

They deactivated my account for a safety violation. I had got a reckless driving ticket that I got accused for. I’m fighting as we speak court date coming up January 29, 2024 which meaning the ticket in my record is not final. They just now deactivated my account 🤦🏽♀️ and this was my only income
My account was deactivated this morning when I went to go do some doordashing. I have appealed and am now waiting and wondering how long it takes to get reviewed and reactivated. I have read over the terms and conditions of both agreements and have not found anything that I would have done to receive this. First of all, it is shocking that you do not know that you can only have one social security number. Secondly, I would like to know what method you are currently using as a reactivated dasher. If you're going to throw that information out there, the least you could do is own it and tell us under what method you're able to stay reactivated at this time.

You can make a new dasher account but not a new dasher direct payment account. You'll do orders & not get paid

When I worked at Taco Bell, if a customer at the drive through paid with a Dasher Direct card, I would put a Now Hiring paper in their bag. But if they paid with an Uber card I wouldn't.

I’ve appealed twice and they keep upholding it. My completion rate dropped below 90% and I didn’t know that they changed the required percentages so I got deactivated. It was either that or a BS contract violation when I know I put the food in the right location.
If you download the app on an iphone they will make you consent to a background check and deactivate you. They also report to your insurance company skyrocketed my insurance rate to 650

Vinzetech reactivated me 1 hour after I was deactivated yesterday, due to false fraud claims. After switching to apple phone the last 4 deliveries on that phone pop up ‘something went wrong’. Finally switch back to android no issues then fraudulent deactivation. Filed appeal threw app would love some help. We just lost our family house after New year eve due to fire outbreak & I don’t need extra stress anymore
