It's not easy but it's very right my friend 👍🇬🇧
“ the awareness of thought is not thinking.” Yes! Sunny!!!!🙏🏽
Thank you so much Sunny !
Genial!!! Muchísimas gracias!!!❤🙏😊
Sometimes thoughts can be so mesmerizing. This meditation was very helpful in keeping me centered.
The awareness of them is not mesmerized. It is simply aware. That mesmerization or interest is also a mind made mirage, of which there is also awareness. Notice that! :)
It's hilarious how simple it is yet so difficult to grasp!! We are the Awareness, everything & everyone - the whole world is coming out of this Space!!
The practice makes it quite obvious and natural :)
@@selfinquiryschoolyess self inquiry 😊
When you say "is coming out of this Space" can you expand on that please?
I'm really trying to grasp this.
@@higherplane945 Counsousness is what We All Are, but it's not a form, it's more like space, like water, it's everywhere & it's everything
Thank you , TU
Thank you 😊
Thanks for the videos I'm thinking different now about life its hard but you have helped me to live better now than before thanks 🇬🇧🙏👌
I remember you mentioned in an older video about how there can't be balance between total acceptance and pursuing goals out of desire. Does that mean we shouldn't pursue goals altogether? Or can we pursue goals just out of boredom. I ask this because the book The Power of Now talks about how we can still pursue goals during enlightenment, but that they won't add to your sense of Being or happiness in any way. The book also talks about how enlightenement is the most powerful transformational tool, so if I were to set goals I think this would mean goals would become a lot easier to reach. Thank you for all your videos as they've helped me gain a clearer sense of awareness and better disidentify from my mind.
Instead of pursuing goals, just do the work you genuinely enjoy and try to be as good as you can be at it, as a form of service to others. That is worth aspiring towards :) All the while, observe the whole journey unfolding and know that you are beyond it.
Sunny, your contents are very advanced. After trying many spiritual paths as a sincere seeker, I realized that the true power lies within. I have a couple of questions for you.
1. How to transcend the sense of time in meditation? I am able dive deep, but for a very short time. After that my mind becomes active. I want to meditate for long time.
2. How to remain as a witness during day to day life, while fully involved in life?
Time disappears on it's own once you've established yourself as constant presence. Question #2 when you've noticed you've become a person again, "trust fall" into your own being, and you will become pure beingness again. Lightly have your mind activated so you can respond to the world accordingly. It's subtle
So, I am not my thoughts and my body. I understand that to dis identify that. Yet, in non dual practice, I am everything and everyone. It’s hard to comprehend that. Would you speak about that? Thanks
Would you say that “I “ am at the centre, or is the centre, of my experience?
I don’t think there’s a centre. But this is just a thought.
The Final Truth.
“There is neither creation nor destruction, neither destiny nor free will, neither path nor achievement. This is the final truth.”
- RAMANA MAHARSHI
For “who” is this meditation for then?
For those for whom this is merely a fancy concept
Is it Vipassana ?
