Some people manage their time better than others, but everyone can acquire habits that will help them to manage their time more effectively. Your work and well-being may suffer from poor time management skills which may result in Producing unsatisfactory work and ignoring due dates. There is another word called for poor time management skills “Procrastination”. A person who doesn't have control over their time ends up letting tasks sit until the last minute - and then they feel a lot of stress when they try to play catch up. If you've let too many tasks sit, you might miss deadlines entirely.
    1. Pomodoro technique,
first: the goal is to divide work times into 25-minute chunks. Because our minds can concentrate best for 25 minutes at a time, then focus on our job until the alarm goes off. After that, pause for five minutes. Give yourself a lengthier break every four intervals (15-20 minutes).
    2. 18 mins. This approach was developed by Peter Bregman, and helps you to Find Your Focus, Time Distraction, and Complete the Tasks at Hand:
In the morning for five minutes: Consider what has to be done today to make it successful when you sit down. Every hour, set an alarm, and when it goes off, "take a deep breath and ask yourself if you spent your past hour productively," the author advises. "Organize your day into hours. Don't allow your schedule to control you."
    3. COPE (Clear-Organized-Productive-Efficient technique) suggested by Peggy Duncan
Start by analyzing how you're spending the day and Then, organize everything around you and then prioritize your tasks and get the main things done without multitasking.
    4. ABC & Pareto Analyses recommends you categorize each of your tasks by either A, B, or C:
A: Tasks that are perceived as being urgent and important.
B: Tasks that are important but not urgent.
C: Tasks that are neither urgent nor important.
In other words, get the easy stuff out of the way first for maximum productivity. Then, move on to group B.
    5. Focus and block distractions
