Hey Ali, I missed the Annual Planning Workshop. Where can I find the recording?

@aliabdaal I couldn't join the workshop even though I've signed up
This video reminded me of the Hadith of Prophet Muhammad " the best deeds are those that are most consistent even if it's small. "
Amazing reminder, thank you!

PBUH ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ absolutely 💯
Every week I struggle to stick to my budget and make disciplined financial decisions. It's like I always find myself spending more than I should.
I totally get it. It's tough to stay disciplined, especially when it comes to finances. I've been there, and sometimes it feels like I'm just spinning my wheels.
Yeah, discipline is key, especially in the financial aspect. I've found that setting clear goals and tracking my expenses really helps keep me on track.
That's a good point. I've been trying to budget and stick to it, but it's hard. Even to lnvest
Well for me one thing that helped me was getting a good and relaible finànce advisor. Someone who would grow my portfolio. I started 2 years ago with this man..
His name is Eric Paul Elmer
1. figure out what your priority is, the most important tasks. instead of doing too much, become concise (3-4) on your goals. if i only had 2 hours a week what would i do?
2. focus on progress
3. bargain with yourself about what you want to do what you should do
4. have a flexible routine
5. just pick a thing. it is easy to doubt yourself over what youre doing but instead of overthinking something just stick to one thing for a long enough time
STG was looking for this comment only! THANKS!
As a growing 18 years old teen. You are one of The CZcams Mentors that I'm learning from.
Yay 🎉 I wish I had Ali when I was 18. I’m 33 now. Glad you’ve found him to learn from.
Can you list a few more content creators like ali (mentors you are learning from)
Hamza Ahmed for masculinity and mental health.
Iman Gadzhi and Alex Hamozi for money and business.
brother, Join Adonis Gang made by Hamza.
You can find the link in some of his videos.
That's where we young men help either other and give advices.
You can ask questions there.
@@nonpoppinchannel1930 thanks bro, I've just checked it out (I mean the guy hamza) and I must say he has got something right at so many f***ing levels.
Not yet sure about adonis school it's 129$ so I need a lil more insight but primarily I feel it's worth buying.
Valuable takeaways to be consistent: 1. Make things easy to do, 2. Acknowledge our desires but bargain with ourselves to be consistent with witty desire grants, 3. For every goals, have three high-low level of ways to achieve & maintain consistent momentum 4. Stick to one system that suits you and transform your craft better, 5. Stick to do the things and dont quit
I really like that these videos are well-credited, well organized, and well-presented. I've seen a lot of comments about how this content is repetitive, but I have been watching for years and I'm still learning a lot from these, and honestly, I'm glad these messages are reinforced, and updated with the latest publications, so I can try and continue to be consistent.
Well said!
Fully agree! These lessons need to be heard repeatedly to stick, at least for me ❤
People fail to understand that it is repetition, routine and consistency that get you forward. It's borinng but it works. All successful people have some sort of routine they use.
Fortunately I can listen to videos like this at my day job while working.
STAY HARD AND STAY WITH US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I found that it is hard for me to start a new thing. I just tell myself 'Have a break.' With time going by, I finish nothing finally and regret myself. From this video, I know that I can do it in a small step, even making mistakes. Don't be afraid of making mistakes. It is normal.
Ali. I find you so genuine and kind, your advice is so well thought out and tried and tested, for the most part that it eels like a kind, gentle nudge towards making my life, just a little bit better each time I watch one of your videos! You're making the world a better place, Ali! keep up the excellent work!!!!
I wish you all the best and happiness Ali ❤
This was so enlightening. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
I love ali abdaal philosophy towards discipline.❤❤❤
One of your best videos in a while, I loved this one!!
I love your videos so much. Never thought that I can relate with someone so much. Bless the algorithm.
Awesome advice Ali. Your videos are always gold! Learned a ton from your organization, studying, and CZcams growth videos. One thing that’s helped me a lot with discipline if to set small “nudges” around my work or home to remind me of my goals. Even something like phone wallpaper 🙂
looking forward to the workshop ali!!!
Thank you so much! Consistency in crucial! I make my own videos for CZcams and sometimes I’m on the verge of giving up. That was extremely important for me to hear “Don’t quit”. Thanks a lot
Ali, your videos has become much more relaxing and slow that I'm able to follow your speaking style and I understand the content more now. A lot of your videos has helped me. Keep inspiring. ❤
Brilliant magic moving your book on top of the other at the start!!
so beautifully, so neatly explained. thank you Ali.
Ali I came across your CZcams channel and after listening for a while I must say thank you. You have got me started again.
Thanks Ali! This is exactly what I need to hear right now. I love your way of communicating the data. To the point but with great examples.
When you said you are doing too many things at a time, you spoke to me.
For a very long time, I thought I was going crazy when I couldn’t just get myself to do anything but watching this video and also doing more research I realised that the reason I couldn’t be disciplined with myself was because I was doing too many things at the same time.
Thanks Ali you are a real one ❤️
Out of all your videos which I have watched, this one is an amazing one, rock solid. I need all these points to concentrate in my life and be insistent with these things, not quit, continue, find time, thanks for reminding me again.
Thank you so much Ali. I am the old person who had commented on one of your video and never expected you to create this video. Thanks for the video with lots of love
Truly, as someone who struggled with trauma et al for nearly 30yrs, I have been doing IFS Parts Therapy for not yet a year and it is AMAZING. Total reframe. Highly recommend, and despite all the introspection and healing and growth I had tried to do by myself and with other counsellors, I did not know this existed until I found this therapist and that was her method of work.
As I'm on my 20s there are alot of times where i wonder why I'm not discipline.. instead of structuring my system which after watching the video made me realise the wrong things that I'm doing which is shallow work..😊 thank you so much Ali this insights will truly help me be more productive and discipline towards my goal
So nice to hear you're like everyone else. You still have your falls.😢Great to hear from someone who is successful interview other successful people with similar démons
Thank you for creating and sharing this incredible video! It has made me align a lot of thoughts in my head 🙏🏻
Such mind opening points Ali, I feel it's been my whole life that I have been struggling with discipline and consistency and everytime as you also mentioned we try to find that new/better path to sort of fix or make it better in place of just doing the easier thing which is sticking to that one thing and not switching. Thank you for this video... it really felt as if it was made for me.
Wow so glad I found your channel this video was so eloquent, insightful and scrupulously created! Well done and thank you.
Wao, thank you so much. I am sending this to my wife and son now
!
I love that you got a therapy session with Dr. K. ❤
I’ve been having trouble finishing my capstone mostly because I’m being a perfectionist and I feel like people are going to be disappointed no matter what I do. This video really helped me, thank you!
What was said in the Progress Not Immediate Success section was a good reminder about my lack of patience. My obsession with achieving results in a short time is a frequent topic in my conversations with my psychologist.
Great video!
Sounds familiar
thanks for your golden advice
I really relate to point four! I was a lot more disciplined when I had a full time job and have been struggling with motivation and have had no proper routine! Glad I am not the only one and looking forward to setting some structure to my life :)
I've never checked how much is left for your videos end! cuz i never wanted them to!❤🔥
I loved this video! Thank you so much for all the amazing content, Ali!
Just so true words
I’ve been searching and scrolling yt to get myself disciplined
wow mind blowing, thank you for your content!
Thank you so much, I really needed this rn for myself and also for the school presentation I am doing on self discipline 😁
The process of doing something over and over again day over day
Thanks for this man!
I asked for your book for my bday :) can't wait to read it, your videos are like life changing !
This was a fantastic productivity video, I took away a lot of useful things. Thanks Ali!
Great video. Thanks Ali. I particularly like the bit about having the different characters inside of us like Inside Out and not trying to put some our of the way in a corner of your mind. They all have a say and you need to acknowledge them.
Waiting for a podcast with your video editor ali!
Love the video!
Such a refreshing and heartening video. Thanks Ali for bringing your educated yet always relatable perspective on these topics. It really feels like a breath of fresh air amidst all the overwhelming advice out there from people like Iman Gadzhi (or Adrià Solà Pastor in the Spanish-speaking community). Not that there is no truth in what they say, for sure there is, but watching too much of their content consistently makes me feel hopeless and ashamed, while your video gave me a sense that progress is achievable and valuable. Believe it or not, I had never commented on a CZcams video until today.
BOOM!..everything i needed to hear in one video..thanks
these are really helpful tips. thanks ali!
I loved this video. I’m surely coming back to it
This is an AMAZING video!!! Thank you, so helpful
Great video Ali. Thank you for putting this together. The one thing that I am going to be working on is “taking on less things” as I take one too much. It is hard but I have to do this to do the essential things.
Great insights on discipline, especially the part about the Lower and higher Self. Entrepreneurs can apply this by recognizing when they're operating from a place of instant gratification and instead focusing on long-term value creation, which often requires delayed gratification and strategic planning.
Regarding #2 - I definitely feel that one. I would tell people to break down whatever you want to do into small pieces or steps, and if you're still not doing that, to just simply break down those steps into even smaller steps and eventually you can do the small things and go from there.
Ah, being "strategically mediocre" in most things is exactly what I've been working on this year. It sounds so bad, but I just need the time back for higher impact projects!
This really helped. Thank you ❤
here i am learned a lot from your video then trying to apply every single of your suggestion to my daily life
What a great video! I love the relaxing music on the background too, I put immense pressure on myself to be more productive, and like you said, i take on too much stuff! This helps destress me in order to work on what's important!
Thank you, this is very helpful!
Thank you so much for this video
I can relate on always finding the "right" tool/productivity app, and end up not doing anything that contributes to my life goals. Thank you for this content, Ali! Always valuable.
Ditto
Hey Ali, I love watching your videos every morning when I make breakfast. Such a great way to start off the day and feel motivated ✨it gives me courage to keep posting videos despite my small (but growing) following!
Keep going🙌🏻
I quit my Big Four job about a month ago and I have experienced what Ali went through when he left medicine. This video means so much to me because a flexible routine will work much better for me now 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Hey Ali, could you tell us how to get out of the comfort zones through a video?
And thanks for empowering us everyday ❤❤
This is the most helpful productivity video I have watched
Honestly, this video could be life changing for me!
This episode is beautiful. It solves my problem.😊 Thanks Ali❤
I watched and actually learnt things thank you.❤
This is what we are missing.. thanks🎉
jazakAllah khair 😇
Taking notes ❤
Just want to quickly point out that at 27:00 Ryan is correctly saying "Euthymia", which means "good mood/ spirit", but the screen reads "Euphemia" which is a female given name and means something like "well spoken" :) Great video, thank you!
I've been watching you from 2019...this video after years was simply hitting, serene, insightful, easy to digest.
Loved this content, PLUS it was the perfect length for a simultaneous home workout!
Haha well that’s efficiency right there
What ali abdaal wears on his right hand, what was that, what its use ??
This is such a good video.. thank you 😊
Another fantastic video, Ali, and one of my favorites of yours. I've been following your channel for years, am always pleased and surprised there are still so many things to learn -- I made notes after this video! I'm a freelancer recovering from an injury, and balancing everything and trying to find a routine is exhausting. This video was really valuable in helping to puzzle through that. I also appreciate your honesty speaking from your own experiences about things that worked, and others that didn't. Thank you. (Glad you're enjoying Horizon: Forbidden West, too! The Lady of Lore has some great Horizon vids to listen to.)
Great insights! Making work enjoyable while focusing on the process rather than just the outcome can make discipline feel more natural and less like rolling a boulder uphill. ⚖
Helli Ali, thanks for all your videos! You are the best, I am reading your book right now on German :D
I couldn't agree with this more - "getting yourself to do something that you don't feel like doing" - this is life. If you push through then eventually amazing things will happen.
Yes I agree with this cause when I did what I hate I get what I want 😊
Honestly, I would say you are a source of inspiration for me. I really need this video thanks for sharing this informative concept for us.
Agreed
Thanks for sharing the ideas on higher/lower self and your example of how to "talk to" the lower self (in my case: read-stories-and-snack-for-hours-self). I'll try to implement the negotiating an compromised idea to the lower self next time!
the book hack your mind helped me more than anything else, I'm literally a different person, and I think it can be found in borlest
I like Ali's content a lot, but I also like the style of Jocko and Goggins, and I ran into their content first, a few years back. I think Jocko's and Goggin's styles of focusing on discipline are very beneficial also. Sometimes you really need that not-so-friendly attitude of "take a hard look at yourself and realize that YOU are actually the problem, and now it's time to change".
Thank you for this, I tried watching that podcast and it was too long TBH! I just could not finish it. I have decided to start by doing everything at the bare minimum for 5 minutes and then building it up. I never thought it would be that easy.
Great video as always 🙌🏻
thank you
I’d love for you to do a video on Brendan Burchard and the growth day app! I’d love to hear your take on his program!
There is a sort of pleasure in doing hard even if you are not feeling like it. It won't take long until Goggins mindset becomes your new norm
Hi, I like the way u edit your videos, so maybe u can make a video regarding how to make edit a video or will talk about necessary tools?
Thank u for ur channel, keep going man!
You made my day ❤
Discipline motivation etc I believe that everyone will get to those moments of realization when it's time for them to finally learn and digest the lessons and purpose of their lives .
It's a moment that's a fraction of a sec when everything makes sense and there u are Disciplined and fullfilled like never before .
Is it just me or Ali had reduced his speaking speed? Whatever it is always loved your content Ali. Thanks for sharing such wonderful and thoughtful videos.
He looks drained or something, guessing he's out of caffeine
Great video Ali
Setting a goal and know why you want to achieve that goal can go a long way setting up discipline every time you want to work towards that goal.
This was so beneficial
My guy your hair has incredible volume now. I love it.
seriously, would love to know the secret
Me too!
Can you post a video talking about drinking and doing drugs? Are you on anything? Do you go out and drink occasionally? Any nicotine?
