Worked perfect! Only question is when I rendered a transparent animation it was really blocky but the non-transparent did fine. Any ideas?

maybe try to delete the background? therefore a transparent checkerboard will come up, I'm just guessing though so don't take my word for it :D

You may have to make your animation background green then use the cromakey feature on your editing software to remove the green background and make it transparent.
