Mine degraded pretty fast, but I’m not sure this is a pattern.
Do it! You will still get a better battery life from the 6s Plus you have.
It’s not all phones, depends on the individuals usage

@@chrisb9475 I do use it as my secondary phone so I guess I don't use it much as someone who uses it as a daily driver.
My battery degraded so quickly on my 12 pro max, I’ve heard this is pretty common for this phone for some reason. I’ve had this phone for a year and 7 months, and my battery health is 81%

It's definitely not the phone. I've had mine since March 2021 and it just went from !00 to 96.
Why is the 12 pro max still expensive to buy still ?
The 12 pro max is still very much a flagship and the price reflects that!

@@TheFabytm - I think i just got lucky :) same thing happened to my 13" M1 macbook pro, its 95% 1 year and 4months old. My stepdaughter's iPhone 13 pro with just 7months and its the same amount of battery as mine, weird because hers degraded faster than mine

I Still Have My 12 Pro Max Since It Came Out My Battery Is At 93% Keep In Mind I Baby My Phone By Never Letting Go Below 50 to 40 And Always Wireless MagSafe Charge It To 95% And Take Off Charger #Its Been Holding At 93% Battery For Almost A Year Will Be Holding On To It Until Apple Hopefully The I Phone 15 Will Go USB-C // I Bought Too Many Phone Cases To Give Up The Phone For The I Phone 14 Right NOW LOL SMDH
So, I guess its not true when they say that wireless charging reduces iphone's batt. life.
IPhone 11 pro max, had a bigger battery than the 12 pro max. Apple claimed that iphone's 12 cpu was more powerful and needed less power that the 11's, so it would have longer battery life in compare with 11. In theory that was true, but in real life, battery life is worse. As a result, an Iphone 12 pro max user (or 12 series in general) is going to complete much faster the 500cycle and the battery is going to degrade faster. I have my Iphone 11 pro max for 2 years+ and battery health is 88%. The iphone 12 pro max is a great phone to replace your iphone 8 or older and you ARE going to get better battery life. If you are an Iphone X or Xs user, upgrade only for the amazing camera. For an iphone 11 pro user, it is not worth it.
actually after 2 years its supposed to be at 80 percent , so your battery aged quite good
The battery health indication is somewhat unreliable though, I would say my battery lasts about 50% as much as when I got the phone.
@@TheFabytm I think that it's a software issue on purpose , because I tried to change the battery on a Samsung S10 after 2 years , and even though it was indeed 100% , the phone simply didn't last as new !!
