    Good stuff Luis! Love your content man, I just started selling health last year and your videos have really helped me get rolling. I'm in a small county, so the people I help usually come in to my office, so like you said they're buying me not just the plan. They see I actually am there to help, not just get a commission. So hopefully that helps my retention for next years open enrollment. Thanks again for the videos!

      I think 100% think face to face will get you stickier business.. make sure to keep in contact with them all year long. Use a CRM and create workflows to maintain contact

      Thanks, I use a spreadsheet right now to keep in touch. A lot of them are past clients (I sell real estate as well) or just sphere of influence people that I see often. I see you do agent training, do you do that anywhere close to Indiana? That's where I'm located. @@thinkmedicarethinkaca

    Hello! Thank you for your great videos! I have 2 questions and if you could answer them you’d help me a lot! The first one is if I can change the agent of record out of open enrollment season without affecting the clients plan. The second one is if I change the information on the application but not the plan, I can see that the price stays the same, if I increased the income, does the plans price will increase at any moment or the price will stay the same until next year! Thanks in advance!

      Thank you!! As far as changing the AOR outside of OEP, lots of carriers are starting to protect the original agent. Unless you change the plan within the same carrier or write with a different carrier, the original agent will remain the AOR. IF you do move them, make sure its for the benefit of the insured!!

      If the income is increased , 2 things could happen, 1. subsidies will decrease, therefore the premium will increase. 2. possibly less CSRs, cost sharing reductions. Deductibles, co-pays, and MOOP could increase

      I know exactly what your talking about it. You enroll them without talking to them. IMO, not a long term way to grow your business.

      no relationship is established with that insured. as quick as you enroll them, is just as quick as they will leave you or cancel. And most of the are enrolled with SS. so they cancel in 3 month and then your suppose to rewrite them again. And how are these plan selected for the insured with a real conversation with the lead. What about their medical conditions, doctors, and Rx. Plan selection are made based on the cheapest plan for these insureds. Not good for the insured. But thats opinion
