I just picked up a 2011 Compass, I gotta replace both front seat belts and while I wait on the parts to show up I figured I would watch a few videos to get the basic idea. I've got a big suggestion for you! I've rebuilt a few different vehicles, and it seems seatbelts are always mounted with torx bolts, and yes they suck, yes if it slips while you're wrenching on it you risk damaging the bolt and then its even more difficult. So what I learned, and I've never looked back since, is, go buy yourself a Milwaukee M18 half inch battery powered impact gun, they run a little bit of money, but it will take all them bolts out in less than 2 seconds seriously, and the battery lasts so damn long, you could take all the seat belts out, then pull all the wheels off, then pull all the suspension out, and you've probably still got some battery left, the thing is incredible. 10 years ago I wouldn't have trusted a battery powered impact to take one wheel off, they have come a loooong ways!
It’s funny that you say that, because I literally did that myself. But sadly after I was already done with that project. But yes I bought a whole set everything Milwaukee and it is saving me a lot of time and pain from my hands. Thanks for the advice!!

Hey, great video there!! I now understand why the service guys get so worked up!! Could you please do a video or tel me how to open the rear view camera?? My screen keeps showing camera system unavailable and then after a few days it starts working again! Service hasn’t been able to diagnose the issue yet so iam sure the fault is in the camera. I’ve got a 2019 Jeep Compass latitude. Much thanks, look forward!

Romanovich Auto Surgeon what I mean by open is - how to open the reverse camera mounted above the license plate
siddharth ganguly I don’t think opening the camera will help any. It may be just a corroded wire so you may be best off by replacing the camera.
