Increase the difficulty of play by requiring that sets have no more than one card from each suit. Also require that there be more natural cards in a meld than Jokers. Finally, do not allow Jokers to be beside each other in a run.

With respect, you can't have two 3 of Spades in a meld. All cards must be of a different suit if the meld is made up of same value cards.😊
