I 100% agree with your husband who seems like a very reasonable and culturally aware man. This guitar really should be an acoustic guitar. Who knows though maybe you grew up listening to more country music than he did? Or maybe you didn't at all.
When I visited Nashville for work, the streets were filled with different colored electric guitars. Country music embraces both types of guitars. Tasteful logo. Don’t change it.
My number one choice this year is The Blue Flower's "In Praise of Pollinators!"

My favorite pattern so far is “Let Every Creature”. That moose just gets me! I think that your sticker creation is just that - yours! So whatever guitar you want on your sticker is exactly what it should be!! However, so there is harmony in your house, how about a teal acoustic guitar!

Teal guitar for the win! And can I say how sorry I am about the hefty duffle bag? My brothers and I had Tupperware lunch boxes. Kids would sing The Tupperware lady jingle -it was just…great. We still talk about the trauma decades later.

I've been to Nashville a couple of times, and listening to country music for over 40 years. Acoustic are the most used, but all the guitarists in the band groups are not playing acoustic. So, I say either way, but I do have to say, I love the color of the one you chose and would happy receiving it.
