How do you override delayed delivery for cases when you need to send it immediately? No one seems to know this
Hello, The delayed emails go at your Outbox. You just have to go at your outbox and send the email from there and it will be send right way. Hope this helps.
@@LearnTECH1 nope, the timer just starts over, looks like the only way is to add exceptions and then incorporate them into an email when you want it to go right through

Question: If you send an email with this rule in place but you want to cancel the rule to send the email immediately through the Outbox then how is this done?
Hi Steven, Happy that you liked the video and thanks a lot for your comment. Once your email is at the outbox folder, you go there open the email and you send it from there, then it will be send without waiting the time that you have configured. Hope it helps.

Does schedule option work even your system/email is shutdown? and timing is like after a week to send
That is a good a question but unfortunetely seems like no. At least this is what is mentioned on Microsoft

Yes, you just go in Outbox folder and click send at the email that you want to send before the delay setup.

This feature is only in outlook not in gmail account? Kindly advice

I cant see those emails in sent items after setting this up

They should be on the folder outbox, not Sent Items, since they are not sent till the time that you have specified.

I set it up for 1 minutes and Still I didnt see any emails in sent items throughout the day.
I sent approx 25 emails.
Well i believe there would some issue in new rule or settings.
