Just make a drunkard catcher. Basically put the inns to 1 place, wall around them + gate and make a long road to it with using moats. Basically they would despawn sooner than to escape, you just need some more inns to cover the ones that are "reloading" because of the longer travel time
The good thing about inns is you can build them far away from the stockpile and they still work fine.. you can also use fire throwers to kill the drunkards. -5ff makes bartenders race soo they will bring the ale to inns in time :D
Fun fact. The inns are made to always give you enough time to bring in an additional barrel of ale. In 50% efficiency, brewery's workers are very suck, even if we block them from accessing those flowers with moat or walls, they always rest in every cycle, just stand there doing nothing, so 1 brewery can't cover at least 1 Inn (flagons of ale drop to zero), we must make 2 breweries for 1 Inn instead to stabilize our popularity. In 150% efficiency, not much to say, we can make 1 brewery to cover 2 Inns and we still have deposit, or 3 Inns if we put 2 another Inns far from the stockpile like in Wolf's small castle.

Hello Jefflenious, thanks for another analysis. interesting. I am having a question to you. You do not sell for higher value above 200 pcs. You merely sell higher quantities at once. Not 5, not 10... But 50.
