    What a team. It’s a rare thing for a work this complex to come together in the way Andor has. So pumped for Season Two.

    Tony Gilroy being described as recognizing the importance of geography when executing an action sequence really explains why the ones in _Andor_ seem so much better than so many of those in other Disney _Star Wars_ shows. It does a lot to set the stage and make the action sensible and plausible, while a lot of action sequences in other such shows have me wondering about a character, "Why would you do that?"

      Hopefully Andor will inspire the directors and writers at Disney and Lucasfilm and this would be the future of the series going forward, with Andor as a guideline for making a good screenwriting.
      We can set aside our disappointment of the writing on The Book of Boba Fett, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Ashoka, and The Acolyte because those were produced alongside Andor hence the subpar quality (or even straight up bad) results.
      Because this is one-time only series for Tony Gilroy. He accepted it also because Disney begged him, and he won't return again to the franchise ever.

    This was far more entertaining than Mando last two seasons and Ahsoka. For real. Imagine if this crew replaced Filoni's crew. 😁Can't wait for Andor S2.

      If this crew replaced Filoni’s crew they’d probably start doing crap too. A huge thing about this show success I think is them being able to take their time and not being tied to the rest of the IP as strongly

      A capable, versatile writer would at least be able to crank out some interesting and compelling conversation while a capable director bring out the best performance from the actors. I've no doubt we'd have an emotional reunion between ezra and sabine instead of oh hey you..

      @@Dyzantus exactly - Mando and Ahsoka are great, as is Andor and so will be the forthcoming projects.

    Andor is the best show on TV! Is it just me or did nobody really clap when Kathleen came out?

      @ncard00 Před 3 měsíci +1

      I think she doesn’t care, as you shouldn’t in her position, but star wars as a brand would definately benefit from her being replaced for sure.

    Why the textures look like it's 1998-2003 ? 😅

  • @n_core
    @n_core Před 4 dny

    Thankfully probably the only Kathleen's involvement to the story of Andor is to make Vel and Cinta a lesbian couple and that's it. They didn't even put an intimate scene for them like kissing or something which is good.
    Because we know that she always puts a certain agenda in Star Wars and ruined a show because of it. The Acolyte is a victim of one of her bulls*its.

    Don't get me wrong, non-actors are CRUCIAL to any production and they make or break the result, but it feels wrong to bring only one of the actors. It feels too corporate, Disney...

      They had panels with the other actors! This one was just about production side, so only Diego because he was the executive producer.

      Diego Luna is a producer that's why they bring him .He was working in the serie since the very beginning and had a crucial role in creating his back story

    • @n_core
      @n_core Před 4 dny

      Diego Luna was the first actor that Disney called secretly because they were interested of making a Cassian Andor story. Also given that Diego Luna himself told that he kinda developed a backstory for Cassian when he was shooting for Rogue One.
      So he's a producer for his own Star Wars show. I think that's a privilege to have for any Star Wars cast.
