I think we should be getting a free legendary crest daily for logging in. Id like to see the charmed system cleaned up. We should receive fewer options for random charms and we need to choose what pool of 5 star gems we want..
Hey Echo, thanks for the shout out in this video. What I was trying to say about the Helliquary raids, is rather than having to get your warband together twice a week to max out your rewards, only require it once per week to max out rewards. That would intale doubling the drop rate for remains. It's difficult getting a warband together twice per week sometimes.
They need to fix the Combat rating for new users. I am a new user playing for around a month now and there is just no way i can catch up. I am always 1.5k cr behind the next difficulty. New players like me lose out because time related events like helliquary and ancestral tableau. I only have around 500 CR in my tableau whereas older players have a lot more. I farm everyday (6-8 hours) for mats to update my gears but the increase in cr is so minimal. I also bought some bundles hoping to increase my cr but the increase is very minimal as well. I am paragon level 384 with 35.6k cr. Next difficulty is inferno2 for us at 400 paragon and minimal cr is 37320. I doubt i will ever reach 37k cr when i hit paragon 400.
terror rifts is actually amazing if you do the 10 per week "terror ess usage" via the codex, the codex will reward you a triple triple stat at a very high CR everytime. Of course this is restricted to 10 per week.
I've been a diablo player since diablo 1. Love diablo immortal due to the fact that u can keep changing essense to try any kinds of build and keep changing class when I get bored.
Things that can improve.
1. Greens should have fix socket or a way to add socket.
2. I'm using a ipad mini 6 and my game keep crashing. I got nothing in my ipad except DI.
3. Overall lags and bugs should be fixed to improve gameplay for mobile or pc or consol. No gamers like lags.
4. Pvp tower and bg should be more well match according to classes and different range reso and secondary stats. I'm 2k reso but I'm match with 10k players. Doesn't make sense to pvp or spend money if I'm being 1 hit ko as a tank.
5. All legendary essense should be available for all class or essense find should be uncapped to make it easier for new players or grind more get more.
6. Fishing for emerald rod is a waste of time. Just to clear the daily event, you need to spend hours which leads to abandoning other quest or events. What's the point of having multiple emerald rod? I got 4 at the moment. I can't sell the rod or give it to those who doesn't have it. Only good thing is the speed up.
7. Gate of Aby/ Ere and terror rift is totally waste of time. Nobody is playing it as the drop rates doesn't make sense.
8. All gaunlet cosmetics should be for all class since it's so hard to aquire.
9. Remove soft cap for legendary, green items.
10. Pet system is too complex. Way way to complex. Make it simplify.
11. Cr is impossible to catch up with those who started 1 year before me. Compare myself with a lower reso, almost the same stats equipments but Cr gap is way to wide a gap.
12. Shadow camping/ambush of immortal should be disabled in vault.
13. Unwanted pets, gems like ruby, runes, leg gems, skill stone wil be good to sell back to game at a minimum mount of plates instead of sitting around and unable to sell.
Problem with the market is not the fact the prices are low, it's the fact that if you spend a bit of money, get some tradable 2 stars, they literately just don't sell, ever. Since the min is 2k, theres just pages full of 2k 2 star gems, none selling. Why not make them min 1600 as buying 1 star gems is also 400 per. (just make prices 400 per gempower?) Atleast this way they will sell for people who want to get rid of them no matter the price.
They need to streamline shadow task and make them the same across the board .
So that clanmates can do them together . Also make a lead shadow clan and and 2 affiliated clans just like the immortals have and give the lead shadows a cloak . Also give the players an immortal savings bank to save task for days you may not be able to play . For example if you run the sanctum 3 times put a key in the savings . 8 dungeons put a mystery item set or legendary in savings bank .
Normal gems and rare and legendary crest. Get rid of the Fervant fang and grim rythm from the battle pass and put a svensons there instead and make the other 2 craftable .
We need to be able to buy platinum with gold ( at a fair exchange rate), and definitely need a bump in 5 star gems dropping in rifts ( it is pathetically bad as it is now). We could also use a bump in gem drop rate with basic crests…I have done over 150 runs with basic crest in the last few days or so, not a single gem-of any level! Platinum is way too expensive.
-Since the new Paragon system, I can't save my Paragon skills in the armory or use my pet abilities.
-Then, I can't use a helmet for my Crusader that buffs either Spinning Shield, Falling Sword, Condemn with Lightning in a Bottle, or Draw and Quarter.
-BG either needs more lanes or the developers need to come up with a miracle!
-When I created a clan, I was able to customize our clan banner, but it reverts to default mode after the Immortal and Shadow season ends. Now all clans in the clan ranking have the same banner!
-I think the restriction for players for Terror Rifts should be the same as for the weekly raids. One should be able to participate as often as they want and receive small rewards like in the raids. Additionally, the Rifts should always be open, as time restrictions on permanent features like the Rifts feel like a second job!
Devs should be implementing some kind of PvP ranking system and not allow low resonance pvp'ers to mix with high resonance pvp'ers. This is a serious pvp deterrent issue.
Pay to win. Keeps blizzards doors open. So that won't change. But I have an idea that I'd like to get out there. While I have the chance. Maybe have more of a variety in our store for us to buy. Some affordable packs that can be purchased as many times as we wish. Maybe have an option to buy cosmetic parts from other battle pass skins. If not the whole skin pack. that can now be mix and match, if we own them. Like a personal transmography option. like Aura, wings, swords and armor. Ext: skills that can be bought within these type of categories made purchasable. In are store. Make more things in the game. To have availability and option to be Purchasable with orbs in order to make them more valuable. And with having more things to spend it on. makes it more important to have
As a very low spender/F2P. I went months without spending a cent. Plat and Legendary gems are the biggest issue for them. With the market being bad as it is, and still not being able to capitalize on the things being significantly reduced its exhausting. The fact an MMO offers monetary options to increase your power, and then if you wanna compete but your F2P its so unbalanced inside PvP and Outside. I think Legendary Loyalty bonus is awful. Reduce from 400 to 100, ( You have a to grind 1000+ legendaries to get something decent anyway at least give us the essence we need.) Increase legendary gem drop rates, specifically 1 and 2 stars if you cant spend the money, please give us the option to compensate for gem power with NO FADING EMBER CAP. If I wanna grind I should be allowed to. Its an MMO, your supposed to be able invest as much time as you want. With 50$ you can dodge 3 months of work... Monetary option should only include (My personal opinion) Cosmetics and only Crests.PS: Pet system is confusing and annoying,
A request of mine is to make Terror Rifts not restricted to time of day. Sometimes the time I have to play is a sat/sun afternoon.
Echo a good suggestion being able to share legendary gems with another character from the same account u playing
Got one more request if you can pass it on. Need to be able to export/share builds with other people or discord channels and then even import them!
They locked my account basically stole a couple thousand dollars of my hard earned money at this point. 3,500 resonance well over 200,000 thousand platinum. I love the game I don't have lag issues or anything like that the game is stingy but whatever. At this point I just want to access my stuff. Can anyone out there help me?

I want to see magic find* fixed. And not a quantity of items but towards. A higher rarity of an item. Bgs won’t ever be fixed.
Charm system is absolutely horrible. Its very underpowered and old system for the amount of platinum one can sink to fish for afixes and especially if u want them higher %
Should be able to put allll items in your stash. Dust,scraps,fam ess,fish. Etc this is soooo dumb having 4 stashes with only 6 legos 4 greend in it such a waste of space

Unfortunately for Blizzard there is really only way to fix it and we all know what it is. None of us are stupid so let's not pretend it's some gear or character design or latest DLC blah blah.
It's the monetization. Plain and simple. You want to fix it, fix that. But of course they won't so here we are.
I use to watch your stuff all the time echo and like your content but Diablo immortal is dying. Maybe don’t quit Diablo but start working towards something else.
It's not, actually. The playerbase has increased over the last six months, which explains why there has been so much investment into new content.
