    Honestly, this is a poor design for a take up roller. You should be able to set the material around the dancer bar and the roller with one move, and not have to be that low to the ground working either.
    This adds nothing but stress to the workflow.

    Good day sir,
    I have a HP Latex 365 plotter and I get ink smudges on the inner top side of the curing area using gloss paper. How can I resolve this? Is the take Up reel a solution?

      Hi Joshua! This issue typically means that the profile setting is incorrect or the heaters need adjusted a bit. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the heat is too high and it is causing the material to warp and scuff against the heaters.
