Chris no he was an arab. That's why there was a lot of holy wars between the Roman Catholic and the middle eastern religions. In the bible it says jesus was the seed of Abraham who has evidence and written records of being an arab. But the Jews and Roman catholics said abraham was a jew. Jesus was always pictured brown and he is the most quoted prophet in the Quran just like the song said and it is true. He also appeared in a lot of African religions but never was pictured black. That's why during the crusades (the time period when Jesus was first pictured white) they went to Africa and the middle east and destroyed religious text and pictures, monuments, and statues.
To be fair to Immortal as I am a huge fan, but Jesus was the second most quoted prophet in the Qu'ran. Moses (Musa) is the most quoted with 136. Jesus is mentioned 59 times. 25 as Isa (Jesus), 11 as "Al Masih" (Messiah) and 23 times as "Ibn Maryam" (Mary's son). But the meaning is still there and I absolutely love his music and his political views and appreciate what he does for his viewers.
