    You are obviously a very flexible person and, obviously, a good teacher for uninjured and pain free intermediate and advanced students. But i'm sorry, one legged king pigeon pose is not good for anyone with back pain my dear. Haha Anyone with real back pain is not going to be getting into or near that pose. An instructor with power and flexibility but lack of experience leads to the injury of others.
