    Great tutorial. I almost never used selective colour. You really are a perceptive and excellent teacher.

    This is the best explanation of Selective Color I've seen so far. Now I actually understand what the heck I'm looking at. I always knew it was super powerful, but I just didn't understand it. Now I do. The next step for me is just remembering it all, lol. Thank you for such a great tutorial.

    Interesting approach Jim. I'd normally use the HSL sliders in the Camera Raw Filter to achieve similar results but I'm certainly going to try this out as it seems to offer more targeted control.

    Cool stuff, Jim! This will not only be useful to my normal color work but I just "get into" Photoshop IR editing with my Lifepixel 470nm modified camera; this should be heaps of fun to experiment with! :0). BTW I grew up in St Louis Mo, so I recall what you're going through; but now in Sydney AU, I don't have to deal with winters like that anymore! :0)))

    I don't have the "Texture" filter in my version of PS, anyone else have this problem ?
