The fact that they send it to you with a protective case, (it looks like it's well made), a good sharpening stone, and a polishing cloth and a thank you card as well is an indication to me that, Holtzman takes pride in their work and that that knife is a good quality knife. I plan on getting one; thank you for your review. 👍😎
Not really. The clip on these folders are fixed into a small grove and not removable. There is a pass through hole on the clip end for a paranoid lanyard or something. I LOVE the smaller one, the Peasant. It's in my pocket right now.
Where are these made? Someone on the Blade Forums alluded to them being Made in China or at the least, parts Produced in China and assembled in the US. Can you verify?
Nate Holtzman, the owner, is from the US. He's involved with the design process and quality control decisions every step of the way, but like most manufacturers, his supplier is in China.
@roostershooter76 I get it, but even Buck sources about 15% of their knives from overseas. Nate is a small business owner doing what he can to provide quality blades while putting food on the table for he and his family. I trust and support him. Take care!
@@roostershooter76stay away from Chinese knives.. They're made in a big manufacturer plant with cheap metal. Order knives from Japan, Taiwan, thailand.. They're mostly crafted by a single person

I just got mine in a few days ago. The quality is outstanding! Razor sharp. Couldn’t be happier.
I am legitimately impressed every time I use one of Holtzman's knives!
is it possible to rearrange the clip for left-handed people?
