NEW Ktm 890 Adventure Rally Build 2024

- Happy to have finally completed the new 2023-2024 Rally Kit for the KTM 890 Adventure R with a completely new style of side panels. In this build I had to make an Adventure bike suitable for Adventure Riding events and Rally events with Roadbook. Due to the heavy off-road use this bike will go through it was fundamental to install a proper airbox with foam air filter together with other minor tweaks such as exhaust, tail tidy and so on.

For ride convince the heat redirection is good, but surely it does push hot air back around the engine.

I completely dislike the looks of the factory 790/890 headlight and gas tank, and along with the complex computer issues are the main reasons I chose the KTM 1090 R.
If KTM would have used this setup and design, I would have probably bought an 890 R instead of my beloved 1090 R. You are the best builder and designer on Earth!
I just removed the RP airbox as i was finding water was getting past the airfilter on wet rides

Are the fairing adding available to order separately?
No as you need a tower to hold them, they can’t fit with oem tower

Is a remapping needed if you install the rottweiler airbox?
No but to have the full potential of the airbox you need to install the DynoJet power commander programmed by Rottweiler

Yes there is the same kit made for the 2021 890. On my old CZcams videos there should be a 790 I built so that you can see how it turns out on the 2021 model

Weight increase or decrease of the tower? You mentioned that its almost the same. also, from a warranty point of view, will KTM keep the warranty for the bike if you modify the tower? I really like it -- and want to get the Carpe and think your setup with the OEM unit work well. Just worried about what I am giving up?
Ktm has to prove that the tower is what caused a malfunction to deny a claim in this instance no I don't think it will plus the bike only has a year warranty me personally I full sent it and bought everything from rottweilerperformance site and pro suspension
