I'm looking at a bunch of BCW products on Amazon and they say "card sleeves" and "topload card holders." I wonder if Ultra Pro is just trying to make a blanket statement to all the emerging supply companies using penny sleeves or toploaders.
That's what it feels like. The terms are so generic as well that I suspect BCW can make a pretty good defence that they don't have any right to the terms.

If I have a ton of cards on eBay and set it at $5 for the first card and $.50 for additional there has to be a way for eBay just to auto refund the buyer or something so we can do auto pay but still get combined shipping
As someone that likes to buy say 10 cards from one buyer if they have $5 shipping per and 50 cents each additional item I’m hesitant to give them $50 for shipping, and just waiting on them to refund me
The additional shipping would be done on BIN's in a shipping policies set up - I offer this when I have multiple quantity of an item. But in that scenario it'd be the same thing, add the 10 cards to the cart, ebay would calculate the shipping costs based on the sellers policies and charge you for that. I don't believe there's an option to set up policies for multiple items on auctions (not that I am aware of anyway) - it's very simple to do it with BIN its the auction scenarios that become murky, especially for sellers and if you've got auctions ending on different days also take into account ebay has shipping timelines that are expected to be met by the seller as well so lets say seller offers 1 day handling but you want to bid on another card ending in 2 days....the seller would need to ship out the first auction before the second auction even ended.

Photo identification and AI I don't put into the same category - if they AREN'T using it then well....nevermind it's Beckett it doesn't matter what they do, they still will screw it up
