Been playing CF all year when he’s actually one of the best corner outfielders in all of baseball. He’s always had a canon out there but every now and again he’s gotta remind y’all.

Actually he should've caught the ball, and the fence is so close to the infield that it's just a regular throw. Almost like a third baseman.
He' d have more assists except the whole league knows he has a canon for an arm and is extremely accurate. Players don't usually run on him. Huge 5 tool guy.

He doesn't Run better than everyone in baseball. He also doesn't cover as much ground as much as anybody in the outfield, Betts would've caught that ball.

Ohtani actually has played the outfield. He also plays the field when he's pitching. The last argument you can make as a Judge fan is him being MORE versatile than Ohtani. Ohtani is the most versatile player in history.

Think of it like power. A guy who can bench 600 pounds Matt be the strongest, but if he can’t barrel up the ball enough, he won’t hit home runs and therefore won’t have power as one of his tools in baseball.

Can Judge start 25 games as a pitcher with 2.43 ERA? As a matter of fact, considering Ohtani can throw 100 mph, he probably can if he was playing in the outfield. Having said that, I agree that Judge should win the MVP since the Angels are having a bad season while the Yankees will be in the playoffs.
Ohtani actually can, he's played the outfield before and throws harder than Judge obviously.The Angels just don't let him play the outfield because it's not worth the risk of him getting hurt and losing him as a pitcher.

There's a pretty good run of basically perfect ballplayers on the Yankees. Ruth and Gehrig, who handed off to DiMaggio who gave it to Mantle, then Munson. Then after a few seasons it gets to Mattingly who ushers in Mo, then after a couple years we get Judge.
PS, by perfect I don't mean they're necessarily the best players of their time (though many are) but just a player its hard to find fault with on the diamond. Yankee fans are lucky in that regard. A long tradition of MVP level players who are leaders on the field and in the clubhouse.
And Jeter with Mo of course.
