The salad looked so good that I ordered all the ingredients at 2am thanksgiving day. Drove to whole foods (only grocery store open nearby) and made it as a last minute side. It was soooooooo good. It was worth the last minute scramble and I can see myself eating this anytime. I did the prep and cutting ahead of time and just put it together quick when the turkey was resting. Even some picky kids really liked it. With all the thanksgiving leftovers in my fridge I am here standing in my kitchen at almost midnight scarfing down the tiny amount that was leftover. Highly recommend.

Josh, I tried doing a solo job this year. 10 Items, from scratch. Bird, Stuffing, Gravy, C.B. Sauce, Mac Cass, Cobbed Corn, Pumpkin and Peacan Pies (Crust from scratch too), Rolls, and Whipped Cream. All in all about 18 hours total including kitchen prep, dish prep, and cook time and dishes. Everything came out fantastic (I dried my bird a little too long as well because I forgot my rack *giggles*) and I'm so happy I challenged myself to try it.

Thank you for this video Josh. My boyfriend loved the stuffing. It's a keeper. We spatchcocked the turkey and it browned and crisped beautifully. We added your pot pie to our Thanksgiving menu. We LOOOOVE the pot pie. I'm not a big mashed potato fan but I'm gonna try it for dinner soon. We started paleo today so I'm actually making the salad tonight.

Instead I made lemon herb chicken thighs with the skin on and baked them till the skins were extra quispy lol.

You should do a Challenge video and make a Gluten Free meal, or bread one day! I would love to see what you could come up with there and to see how different working with Gluten Free flour is for you!!! Don't use almond flour though. everyone does and it's gross. White rice flour all the way!
