- In this podcast we are going to discuss strategies of coping with anxiety and it's impact on our generations.
Anxiety is an unwanted fear. When anxiety becomes a dominating force in our lives, then it is an issue. Anxiety is not bad, but uncontrolled anxiety is bad.
To cope with anxiety, one should use grounding exercises and breathing. One should try to feel one's body while breathing. Breathing helps to slow the thought process.
One of the best tools is to express gratitude. Every morning and night write down the things that you are grateful for.
