    Kinama or Kinima is a unique dish made of fermented Soybean, mainly eaten by the Ethnic group such as Limbu and Rai of Eastern Hills of Himalayan country Nepal. It is rich source of protein. Though who are eating Kinama for the first time may find its smell bit weird, its smell is very addictive to those who loves Kinama. It is a special and healthy indigenous food of Nepal.

      Dry kinama lai pahila nai 10/15 minutes Tato pani ma bhijhayera लेदो banaune ani yasari nai gravy ma mix garne.

      It really smells awful at first try. But you will be addicted after few try.
