Did you get the hidden ending on board 3 as well? After you fight Krauser, instead of going towards Pardis, you can take the warp panel. That one's easy to miss. Also make sure you reach all the flags on all the boards first, for me I was missing one flag I went around when doing the board. After I got all the flags the path opened up for me
The entire collab is permanent content so no rush! Serenoa can be redeemed at any time and the boards are intended to raise him, so they'll be forever as well :-)

So getting all the flags from the first boards, and then on the final board when you have to pick a path you clear both the top and the bottom path at least once. I think that should do it. Check in your "rewards" screens too, you need to have every reward that's listed there (every reward is a flag).
