He was Saving all the charges and adding charges with Sp3. I was wondering why he wasn't cycling sp2. Clearly I didn't see the genius

Yup, you can actually one shot him during phase 1 if the damage is enough :)

my Shang chi doesn't do burst damage. can anyone tell me what do it need to do?
Burst damage comes from his sig. ability

When to pary please explain the timing
The timing is pretty straightforward, just make sure you have at least one of the dark green charges before parrying the beam.
