Can you share how I can ID a public stock $NOVCQ that only allows Expert Investors to trade aka buy and how I can find a journal of those holding this issue? Fortress/EJF Capital aka FBR with Board & MassMutual Jefferies $JEF& White Mountains Capital $WTM control the Board. I saw in a journal David Dreman of Dreman Value Mgt added 533,000 shares along with Talkot Capital 1.9Mowned by Thomas Akin former CEO of DX Capital along with Blackrock, Putnam, Goldman Sachs. $NOVCQ Board with Fortress, EJF Capital aka FBR restructured $DX which today pays a .13 ct common dividend every month to NOVCQ Board.
