When you wash go with the grain horizontal all around the and rinse your mit often, I got cmx ceramic coating on my ranger supercrew too ,i love the coating the soap won't stay on truck, and if you can feel the finish on your and its ruff use clay magic if you drop the clay trash it ,the cmx is at Walmart, also use dawn not on finish, use it on every thing else ,with the cmx horizontally wax on a little haze then ceramic off , and use a blower to remove most of water and horizontally and chamey off I have no marks, swirls, and a perfect finish and when you get it muddy catch a rain storm you have free car wash.

I see you have a boat in the back how does it tow long distance? As far as the ride .
The few times I have towed it the ranger has done very well. With the eibach kit and the 1 inch rear block it evens out almost perfect even with the heavy load.
