Thank you Dr Deepthi. I'm seeing a psychiatric to overcome my depression. For past 1 year plus since my delivery complications known as Amniotic Fluid Embolism(AFE) during my 3rd childbirth I have been through depression and I had tough time ever since, currently on medication to treat my depression. I used to be an active career woman, I'm an Engineer, a mother and a wife, my life changed since my delivery complication. I have trouble to sleep at night, there were times I sleep at 3am sometime 4am. Anyways Thank You for sharing Dr. May God Bless You🙏

I would like to add one more point doctor: Avoid stress full thoughts or talks before sleep, (even studying hard subjects before sleep for students). if possible do meditation or listen to mild peaceful music before sleep. I would also like to suggest some physical exercises or playing in the evening hours. Thank you doctor. :) :)

I do Take tae coffee 3 times na day with sugar, I use mobile while sleeping and keep near me , tho I don't eat junk , I finish my dinner at 7:30 pm and sleep by 10-10:30 pm . So mostly I should avoid caffeine sugar n mobile useage ... Thank you so much mam you gave me a better clarity.❤️
