I would not say that this is my idea of "affordable"
You can buy an excellent mid price Telecaster plus an Electro Acoustic
for the same amount, and they will sound like they should.
If you want the hybrid sound of an acoustasonic then wait until the price drops.

Affordable is relative to what you can save over a period of time. For me it would probably take a year and a half to afford one but that does mean it can’t be done if I really want it. I just have to want it more than some other things.
