Yeah bro same. 30yo here. I got it last week and I could play only 1-2 hours per day. But walking across the ps5 and tv everyday feels so satisfied knowing at least I can play when I'm free instead of watching CZcams walkthroughs
Im glad im not the only one who has this experience. Just bought a ps5 a few weeks ago and probably played it 2 times. All while working 6 days a week. But being able to play spider man now is so worth it

I personally got a ps5 in may and have loved it ever since. So far I have played astro's playroom, spider-man remastered, Ghost of tsushima, last of us part 1, God of war 2018. And am currently playing God of war ragnarok

I know it's not a ps5 exclusive but the re4 remake is an awesome experience and feels great with the adaptive triggers

I am 30 y.o and I bought my very first gaming console (Ps5) and it's a different experience that I had never felt before (relate to gaming) of course. Due your recommendation I bought a few games that you described, actually added Alan Wake and The Last of Us 1 remake too.

I bought a PS5 disc version last month and i am really amazed at how good the graphics and animations have become. Last time i played i had my PS2. Bought 10 games within a month & currently i am playing the most is Hogwarts Legacy! Haven't started (Ghost Tsushima, Spider Man Miles Morales, Resident Evil 4, The Last of Us2, Tekken8, Ratchet&Clank, GodofWarRagnarok, HorizenforbiddenWest, FinalFantasyXVI and GT7.

Shadow of the erd tree 🌴 DLC, need some backup
So far my favorites thus year are The Final Shape Destiny 2, Tekken 8, Rise of the Rōnin, Helldivers 2, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth and Stellar Blade was lot's of fun! Oh and Elden Ring DLC of course 🤘🔥

my favorite of this year is Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, waiting this game since beat the original and it's one of the best games that i've ever played in my life, it has everything, worth every cents

I felt Rebirth was alright, but definitely not best of the year. Not sure why everyone thinks it is. Performance wasn't even optimized.

As a 26yr old, sometimes I play 7 to 10 hours in one day but not every single day as I like to watch stuff here and there, also I’ve been playing ff7 rebirth, I only have the last of us part 2 remastered from the list too but haven’t started it yet cause of having 30+ games to finish

New to PlayStation just got a PS5 in march playing God of War it's outstanding playing Ragnarok next. Astro's playroom is one of the best platformers ever made, spiderman 2 is great but I have played mostly older games MH World/Iceborne, Red Dead Redemption 2, uncharted 1-3, Star Wars Jedi fallen order and ratchet & clank all great games. Just picked up Ghost of tsushima, Final Fantasy 16 and Cyberpunk 2077. Astro Bot and MH Wilds are the games I am looking forward to the most.
my favorite games so far are Final Fantasy 16, Stellar Blade, Dragon’s Dogma 2, Cyberpunk 2077, God of War Ragnarok, Spiderman 2, and Horizon Forbidden West! The PS5 has brought me so much joy since I bought it last year and has truly reignited my passion for gaming. I've recently finished an older title, namely Bloodborne, and I can still confidently recommend this as a masterpiece.

It is so funny that I keep on buying PS5 games only for the exclusives and I love them all. But I borrow the console from friends then buy the disc to keep for myself, don't want it collecting dust since I have a PC setup.

I got my ps5 in January… this is my first ever playstation. I got the ghost of tsushima platinum and now I’m working on the gta V platinum, and i’ve already bought so many games… (and ps plus extra)
Spider-man 2 (bundled with my ps5), ghost of tsushima, GoW 2018, Red Dead Redemption 2, Baldur’s gate 3, GoW Ragnarok, FFVII Remake (gonna beat this then rebirth next), and definitely more that I can’t remember

I got a PlayStation 5 last year of October 2023 from Best Buy as a Birthday gift/ Christmas gift for myself and I love the console so much couldn't believe how huge it is when I took it out the box I do have the original OG PlayStation 5 loved it ever since.
Alan Wake 2 has been the best game this generation has gave us so far imo, that game was just something else

I smashed out the beta when it was out, not had chance to play the full game yet. Was a lot of fun though.
Currently playing Control. Looking forward to Alan Wake remaster and The remaster of Max Payne 1&2.
Rebirth was incredible 200hrs to Plat one of the best games period. Stellar blade was really fun, and finally played TLoU which was great.

My favourite games on PS5 are FF7 remake and rebirth, like a dragon: infinite wealth and kena bridge of spirits.

And like you even I love almost all PS exclusives. Great story based games with fluid gameplay and excellent graphics which most of the PS exclusives are.
My list will be simple on 2024 now:
1. Elden Ring DLC.
2. Dragon Dogma 2.
3. Helldivers 2.
4. Rise of Ronin (I'm started play now).
Bonus future might have Wukong.

I am sorry? Campaign for FF7 Rebirth is 30 hrs? My first playthrough on dynamic is 110 hrs. 30 hours is like speed run. and skip all cutscenes. Ain't no way.

@spawnpoiint I was a hardcore PS2 gamer during my childhood…used to play god of war 2, GTA SA,VC , COD black ops, NFS MW, burnout, prince of persia sands of time, resident evil 4, Bully , downhill domination, rise to honor… then I have quit gaming for almost 14 years…. Now Im in my late 20s got a PS5.. playing Cod mw III, uncharted etc., but I feel incomplete.. the games were never like before.. as a gamecritic, could you or anyone suggest any PS5 games which are worth playing… p.s : Im not into fantasy, magical, superhero games, ….. the real world games impresses me a lot.
