It was great to have a Range Rover on the channel again. I was still selling cars the last time I tested one. Which JLR products do you want to see on the channel? Cheers!
2023 OR 2024 RANGE ROVER SV LWB. PLEASE KRIK.🙏
do they pay u for review of this
Jaguar iPace, if you can get one. Fast, classy and rare EV.
I would wait for the new Jaguar EVs
how about a base 90 with coil springs!
If you have that, "I've got $$$, look at me!" attitude, this is the mother lode. It will raise eyebrows everywhere.
But it'll bring the biggest smile from your mechanic when the warranty runs out and he can go buy a Lexus for himself!😂
But he’d be bored in the Lexus vs this
@@naveenthemachine the mechanic would buy the Lexus because he knows that the Lexus isn't a mechanical nightmare like the Rover.
@@naveenthemachine this is a land rover video not lexus genesis or anything .cant you a take break from your acting and trolling .
😂😂Well said
New Kirk driving RRs, OGs know that’s treason to Lexus😂😂😂
My first behind purchase was a Disco. I then upgraded to a Range Rover Sport, and now own a Range Rover Autobiography. Oh and I tried a Defender for a year lol. I don't love this redesign of the Sport and think they are all looking TOO similar now. This redesign lost the aggressive look that past Sports had, especially from the side. I do like the power and engine though! Their interiors are always great too! LRs have the best infotainment and camera systems, period!
Nice review! Seeing the Sport is super nostalgic!
That is a true south Florida spec. My cousin in Miami has the last gen RR sport in a similar red metallic with black wheels. Just a regular car there
It’s amazing to me that people actually still buy these. IMO it’s way too expensive for what you get
People will purchase anything for the listed price if it allows them to possess a high degree or exclusivity. If you want to stand out to show everyone you have money this is what people buy. Logically speaking from an economical point of view it doesn't make sense.
This channel has come from only Japanese car, Japanese and Korean, plus VW, plus Jeep, and now European luxury.
Hi Kirk,
This Range Rover Sport has great looks….❤ nice to see a naturally aspirated V8 I’m just not crazy about the turbos…
I have the Supercharged V8 JLR engine. I don't trust the BMW turbo V8 AT ALL. I had that engine in my 750 sedan and it was a TERRIBLE engine.
These always looked great and had awesome performance but just...….wouldn't own one lol
Awesome
A truly magnificent SUV!
I wonder when the built date for this one was. It’s riddle with issues…. I haven’t seen any of those problems with the back centre arm rest, front cup holder covers etc on the ones I’ve been in.
Excellent luxurious machine Range Rover sport nice suv
I’ll take that one there! With that exact color and configurations please!
I live in a town where basically 1 in 10 people drive a Range Rover and all I hear when I go to school is..."they gave us a Discover Sport (or Evoque) as a loaner." My friend got A Evoque for her 17 birthday...boom first year of ownership 5 recalls. The next year 3 recalls. Her mom has a RR Sport and has been to the dealer 2 times already this year for problems. And before you think I'm spoiled...I'm not...Just speaking from personnel "experience..." my family sticks with Lexus.
Coming from a 2020 GLE would I find this car a little too small?
"A happy place for my hands" 🤣
I love the range rover sport! It’s very nice and awesome! You have nice feet, I can’t drive because of my cerebral palsy, so I’m gonna get my car and let other people drive it for me
Wait 2 years to buy it, it will lose 70% of its value and semi broken. I will never own one again
Yeah, that'll be the day...
How the heck did they manage to screw up the stereo? This car has the 7 grand optional system and the bass starts to fall off? Man, in the previous car it could shake a whole building how strong it was
It couldn't believe it either man. It was terrible.
@@KirkKreifels I drove an Evoque with the Meridian Surround 825w system for 7 years.
Best car audio I had, insanely loud, clear, authentic, balanced. Every song sounded good.
Went and tested it in the new Range Rover, instantly noticed a difference, a worse one.
Now I'm left with my Burmester which isn't brilliant either. Meridian was peak in the previous cars but apparently fell of...
Nice of you to mention that since a lot of reviewers don't. Really interested in that when I buy a new car
I'm a Range Rover Sport fan boy. I'm currently owning my 3rd Sport. Now that they're using the BMW sourced engine I have concerns. I've owned a 7 Series sedan with the BMW 4.4L V8 and that engine was complete garbage. By comparison, I never had even a single issue with any of the Sports I've owned with the JLR engines.
They did spend reengineering with the new engine so I bet it will hold up better than it did with BMW. However only time will tell. I miss the old 5L V8 as well
@DrivenHard Why no recent videos?
I hate capacitive buttons
@Brian Lee considering that VW also owns Porsche, yes
I think they should give one to Prince Harry!!
Great-performing SUV. If only they were as reliable as even the Germans…
Jaguar and Land Rover are going to go out of business in the next 15 years imo, I seriously doubt that they can keep going with their reliability records.
It sucks when there’s no variety in reliability.
So they will outlast Infiniti
Clearly you have no clue about the actual market or Land Rover right now. Just because Toyota nerds worship reliability surveys doesn't mean everyone else does. Land Rover is selling every RR Sport, RR and Defender they can build. Most people lease and nothing major is happening for most of these owners in 3 years. They don't want some dull, outdated 15 year old Lexus product no matter how reliable it is. Land Rover has been unreliable for years and their popularity has never been higher. Your prediction is just not reality based. Jaguar on the other hand is being propped up by Land Rover until 2025........we'll see what happens when their new Bentley level EVs appear.
@@MercOne Cry some more...but I live in a town where basically 1 in 10 people drive a Range Rover and all I hear when I go to school is..."they gave us a Discover Sport (or Evoque) as a loaner." My friend got A Evoque for her 17 birthday...boom first year of ownership 5 recalls. The next year 3 recalls. Her mom has a Sport and has been to the dealer 2 times already this year for problems. If nobody wanted a Lexus Range Rover would be outselling the NX, GX, and RX but they aren't.
@@jaydenp.6243 None of that changes anything I just said. Are you just too slow to understand the previous post? Again, they are selling every singe Range Rover, Range Rover Sport and Defender they can make. That is is not a cry, it’s a fact. They cost way more than a stupid RX or NX so outselling them is a moot point. Land Rover isn’t going anywhere is the point.
Range Rovers are good cars only up to 2 years....after that you'll wish you never got it
All ultra luxury cars are like. Closer to 4 years to be honest.
@@DrivenHard not all. Mercedes typically have a longer life span... Well some models like the G Wagon and if you include lexus in there, they have been known to last 20 years and even more if you include the LX and GX.
Brand new car but already got interior part broken down/falling apart...great range rover 🤘🏻 how im not suprise 😂
Rolling piles of junk. You're lucky you got one that worked. For now.
Rang rover sport is the class leader and king in its segment .👑👑.
That’s the X5 and every journalist agrees
@@chezzyperson3339 X5 IS A JOKE COMPARED TO THIS And END OF STORY .
For that price, I’ll take an X5 M competition any day over this any day. Nowadays women think these are cheesy. Guys at the bar with their range’s never leave with a hot girl…just sayin. I know you old folks haven’t been out in a while 😂
I'll write you in IG.
