HAHA, this was my first time recording a costume creation video and I forgot a couple things so if you have any questions on things that I didn't cover please feel free to leave a comment below and I will try to help!! I just learnt so much from this! The strapping was so clever an the paint pen is genius XD haha So Awesome to see how much of it was EVA foam! :D
My friend called me in the dead of night and woke me up and told me I HAD TO WATCH THIS I was not disappointed. So much attention to detail and work into this craft. So much respect!

i adore you for including how you put the armor together with all the straps and everything because almost every tutorial that i have seen NEVER includes that and I'm always like "how the heck am I gonna wear the finished product??"

Please do more making of videos like this one. I really enjoy seeing how amazing costumes are made and put together. I especially liked the part where you show exactly how the pieces attach to each other and how you got them to stay put on your body. It's super helpful and gives me lots of ideas to "borrow" for my future projects.
The fact it's all actually foam surprised me. The final version is extremely realistic looking. You are fantastic at both creating these and rocking them when you wear them. Keep up the amazing work, Jessica :P

A lot of people forget at how much cosplay is a real labour of love. Amazing cosplay as always, Jessica! If you ever get the time, definitely do more process videos like this! Think of it like how people like to watch speedpaint videos of their favourite artists!

I was sure cosplays like that took a ton of time, money, effort, and craftsmanship to bring together, but this is the 1st time I actually see a production video of one. And I just have to say HOLY SHIT!!!! That is an insane amount of work and you got it to look so incredible. Even if I were able to buy all the materials to make something like that, I know I don't have nearly enough skill to come close. You are truly a work of art, Jessica Nigri. You deserve all the cred, hype, and fame that comes with your line of work.

It's great to finally see some behind the scenes footage, and hopefully that'll put to rest some of the hate of how you don't make your own costumes. That being said, I've been super enthralled by how amazing your Deathwing turned out and I loved that you referenced what materials were being used and the ideas that you went through during the production (the little rock detail is incredible, much better than if you had painted them in flat), and how the painting process went (I would have thought everything would have been painted separately and then assembled...). I can't wait to see what other projects you have coming out for future conventions as this definitely raised the bar for you, and I'm excited to see what other production process videos you may put up for them.

hey Jessica!! I have watched this video probably more than I should've, but I just shared it again. you have no idea how much a video like this helps other cosplayers such as myself. I always get all worked up and over stressed when it comes to details. I'm a perfectionist at times, and it usually gets in the way more often than it helps. but seeing how simplistic a beautiful cosplay like this can actually be lightens the burden of it all. it really inspires me to just let go and concentrate on what really matters in a costume. I hope one day to develop my skills as much as you have with yours, and get to meet you one day, as either fan or peer. you have inspired me since day one ^-^ thank you
