The wording is mostly Physics based
@@factstothefuture what's your target demographic for this video? The wording doesn't do that good of a job of describing the physics aspect of downhill, for example footbraking isn't a system it's more of a technique. The rider and board together could be considered a system. It might be cool to see a free body diagram or math on how the moment of inertia of a skater changes depending on their body position

Tuck and Rolling, Air Braking, Foot Braking, Heel Braking, and using Slide Gloves. These are the specialized braking systems.
I Ride the Rip-Stick in Downhill Longboard style, took me 3yrs to get slides down pat. Love this sport❤❤ many fellow over 30 guys have been getting back into this wonderful past-time/Heavy duty workout.
