Even as a Liverpool fan it's bs that City gets away with it and Everton gets punished..
Says the Liverpool fan who always want their own way...
@@homerdohyt If you don't think what he thinks, you're either a City fan or an absolute moron.
@@homerdohytWe literally don't
@sentinellj sorry but yous do. Klopp is an idiot, when you watch a match all they talk about is either Liverpool or Man U. Its ridiculous. Arsenal aswell actually
@@homerdohyt You think your better than us or something? Every fan wants their club to win and be good. It's the whole point of supporting a club. It doesn't mean that we always want to get our way, if it means that then everyone wants to get their own way.
"Stop beating them. They're already dead". In other words Everton are in a rough spot atm and this deduction already screwed them even more. Trust me Everton will find a way to gain points to survive despite the 10 points they lost
Rough spot? We had the 3rd best form in the entire league
We were in a very good place
I'm saying Everton have been in a rough spot since post-COVID
I hope so. (A Liverpool supporter)
@@lucadegabriele6394yeah agreed sorry
How can city get away with 115 charges, the game of passion became the game of money and fraud
They aren’t. They’ll be in the pub league come 2028. Part of this Everton decision is to set a precedent so they can obliterate city once their case is complete.
Because it's charges, they are still in the process of proving them
@@WaniZame lol itll be funny when city wins another pl in 2028 lol
If Man City get a points deduction (a Big IF), then it'll be in the middle or end of a season when they are about 15 pts ahead in the league and then, despite getting punished, they still get away with it
Because the football in this country is corrupt to the bone! so called top 6 don't get punished, even when they try and split from The Premiere League.
As an Everton fan I do believe that Dyche will be able to keep us up. However it is a disgrace that all the bigger clubs have not been faced with point deductions.
I really hope you guys stay up. This is a disgrace. Football has been ruined by corruption.
They've not had their cases yet. They probably will.
Dychelotti will
-Skill- Oil issue
This is totally unacceptable considering Man City, Chelsea have d9ne worse then anything Everton could do but because they are 2 of the top teams they won't get fined or points deducted
And how do you know that, are you gonna believe every allegation without proof or just the ones that suit your agenda
@saber9999 are you sound of mind... city and Chelsea are chesting scum and its only because they are backed by arab trillionair's that they are safe to keep robbing and stealing titles and trophies. I can already tell you're a fan of one of these clubs
Man City's punishment is coming, there's no way you get 115 allegations against you and not at least one of them is true. Unless they pay them off with that UAE slave money
@@Rowan_0161115 charges aren't all allegations. Especially considering the owners and the amount of human rights they have already violated
@saber9999 plus the fact that the F.A have already said that both Chelsea and Manchester City have been breaking fair play rules for years and they only decided to punish Everton that's what I would call cowardly as they don't have the balls to go after the Arab owners actually so yeah check yourself and do your research before you come at me again fool
Bro if Everton get -10 for 1 charge, Man City should be relegated straight away
PL and FA won't relegate the only club that's keeping their league relevant
They'd be playing in the 10th division of football away at Didsbury FC!
All Everton fans let's start a protest
im a west ham fan but im all in for a protest

EVERTON IS THE BEST
Whats the point. The Prem recommended 12, they don't want us.
Its not fair cuz man city and Chelsea will get away with it
@@Alejandro2oh9no they won't
I agree with you in everything. I am a Liverpool fan and "Yeah, of course, you say that City is wrong because it's a big club that you can't beat usually so you blame them", but even with it, I just can't understand this decision. This game is just falling apart even with that, that we have the technology to make it better. It is all about the money
Liverpool saying yeah of course 😏
To quote Drogba "It's a disgrace"
We will still stay up. Dyche is a very good manager and we have 7 wins from the past 9 games. 10 points for a 20 mil stadium loss is ridiculous, that's non performance related as they said.
Yes, I agree entirely, especially when we were working with the prem the whole time. However, I can’t wait to see the game against United. Goodison is going to be nothing short of a hornets nest. This will be the first time in a long time that we will have something to be heated about other than ourselves, and it will be excellent
@@bringmecoffee9000 Exactly. It always is heated against Man United anyway but we're in good form and behind the manager and this will make the place explode.
@@bringmecoffee9000Damn
look at serie a they werent scared to relegate juventus 2 times so i think its unacaptable that premier league only targets small clubs and are scared to go for bigger clubs
Man City need to get punished as well, for the 115 charges
But rules apply differently, if you've got enough money
Punished for what, some hacker brings up information without evidence and thats enough for everyone because you don't like the club, football hasn't been fair for years, money if the issue and the only way to win is through money in 30 years only 1 club outside the top 6 has won and they are now relegated as they couldn't sustain success and lost all there players to bigger clubs, the league has been ruined by clubs like Man U and others
It's a bigger investigation, that's it!
@@Rowan_0161Absolutely, it's unbelievable how people can be so hypocritical, they are first at hand to criticise city, whereas this money game has started since long ago even before city's dominance, at that time there were no complaints surprisingly
Premier league has done Everton dirty.the fact that Everton were the first to put out a statement condeming the super league sticking up for the Premier league. shocking
Coincidence about criticising the ESL and the highest points deduction in top division history hmmmm
20 millions in a season Everton were forced by PL to dump the price on Richarlison to sell him. This is utter bollocks, smells corruption from Premier League from Great Britain to Australia.
great Point. We've done everything they asked costing us places. We might as well as said stuff you.
Mate, guess what. In the commission report, we have not acted in good faith when we balance our books under their guidance last few seasons. Then bang...10 pts deduction...what a corrupted pos.
Forest fan here and this is absolutely unbelievable... i feel ashamed almost to have followed football for the last 20 years. They're failing the fans over and over again. How can any man city fan be proud of what they have achieved when it has come off the back of cheating and fiddling numbers to get and be the best. The beautiful game has today officially started its decline. Its openly corrupt and they're rubbing it in our faces !
Dont talk utter drivel.
How much you spent again?? How many players did you buy again??
@@RafaelSantos-di5ywhaha this is all you can say about us. How much have teams like Chelsea spent? And how many have they bought? You would expect them to be leading the league with their net spend in the last 2 years. We’ve invested in the future, yes we’ve made quite a few signings but we’ve used nearly all of them to our advantage, and this transfer window we brought in so many players, added a lot of depth, got sangare CHO elanga etc and only had to sell brennnan johnson and we were even
@@woodygamer360 I guess you didn't get my point then I'll explain it better! First of all, it's hypocrisy to speak with this much chest yet you're happy about players that only got in your club because of money, and if you're fine with that I'd still be cautious accusing City and Chelsea when they make so much more money than you lot and when they are SUSPECTED to have breached rules, which is the big difference some ppl haven't understoood, they haven't proved those clubs breached the rules they are investigating if they did
@@RafaelSantos-di5yw we have no 115 charges pending or 1 billion pounds spent in the last 2 years, yes we may not make as much but we don’t have a net spend of -700 million like Chelsea does and we haven’t broken any ffp rules or even come close to
If you have enough power the rules are applied differently to you
Even if I am an Arseanl fan, this is an absolute disgrace. Man City are the ones who breached first and they are the one who won everything. If they want to set an example, better do it to a big club to scare other clubs.
PL and FA won't relegate the only club keeping their league relevant
@@adheebrifkhanwouldn’t that be considered corruption at that stage. If you want the league to be fair, that same rule should apply to city ? @@janicenascimento9625 all big teams cheat. even United did, they got punished. It is not the point. They shouldn't be fined at all. It is a farce.
It's worth noting that no teams in the Premier League era have ever survived after getting points deduction.
i think they will survive this year. this is an incredibly weak league near the bottom. they were lucky luton, sheff utd and burnley came up lol
@ghjn5640 how many teams have had points deductions in PL era, Middlesbrough and Pompey are the ones that come to mind...
From what I remember Pompey were dead and buried before the deduction and the Boro deduction was only 3 points, which would have kept them up had they not had the deduction...
In Evertons case, they can claw there way back from this because the team's around them aren't the strongest
@@FozzQuaker it was only those 2 in the PL era, like you said boro got deducted 3 and went down and Portsmouth got deducted 9 but were already in administration so that paints that picture.

As a Liverpool fan this breaks my heart
just shows how much fake your rivalry is
@roronozoro11 bro wdym. Everton and Liverpool are rivals, but they all want eachother to stay so that they can play eachother. Learn ur facts man.
@@roronozoro11I'm not english, so I may be wrong. But I was under the impression our rivalry was brotherly. Go to work the next day and have bragging rights kind of thing. Not spiteful and hate filled.
@@roronozoro11 Actually it shows your lack of understanding of the rivalry, and/or the definition of the word. In Liverpool, families and friends are often 'split' between Liverpool and Everton supporters. Many footballers grow up supporting one and then playing for the other. It's more of a bragging rights or banter type relationship. Not all rivalries are fueled by childishness or hatred. And if Everton were relegated then the rivalry wouldn't benefit from 2 league games a season (which are usually excellent games of football).
Not even a proper rivalry😂
Imagine a Man City or Man Utd fan saying, a Arsenal or Spurs, Ranger/Celtic, Newcastle/ Sunderland
The other club would be dancing on the streets. Not ‘it breaks my heart’ 😂
Chelsea sold as many players as it bought. The cost of signing players was equalled by selling players. Due to it the cost didn't get out of threshold. It was explained. But not like city charges more than a century lmao.
with this logic man city should be playing in the northern premier league next season, Im sure there’s no bribes being thrown around at all!
Not sure about bribes but the amount of money Man City must generate for the PL is likely a factor. Hurt man city and they hurt themselves too.
Time for a big protest again, we need all fans to be United and stage a protest when EPL returns after international break. Where is the fairness?
We all can come together and say this is completely wrong by the premier league, City have 115 charges and can somehow get away with no points deductions and no bans. This is bs now, and like Thogden says it’s the small clubs that get punished but yet big clubs like Man City or Barcelona can get away with it because they can pay lawyers. As an Evertonian I think it is terrible what happened to Bolton and agree with you that this is injustice and the league is run by hypocrites
Thanks for the support and for telling it how it is, an utter disgrace. The punishment is disproportionate and a clear indication of the corruption that 14 teams in this league have to put up with. Things need to change and fans of 14 clubs and the teams should unite.
Sad for the players 🤔 great video as always love your shirt 😊 Bolton Wanderers?
Great reaction Thogden. Well done 👍
Leeds, Leicester, and Burnley should be embarrassed. I'd be ashamed if my club attempted this.
Why should they? Everton cheated their way to safety last season, with the 10 point deduction that would’ve meant leicester would’ve stayed up. They’re unfairly in the championship they have every right to sue
@@wewe6309Leicester went down because they were terrible over a 38 game season.
This is exactly what you call inequality , Me myself being a liverpool fan see this is an absolute disgrace. City wasn't punished like this were they? How is this fair. The premiere league is messed up man
I am a disgusted Everton fan as it is not only one of the worst decisions made by the premier league but again the fans are being punished. It's not right and I pray that the decision gets turned over
I think that it’s absolutely outrageous
This makes me never wanna watch the PL again. Especially as a WWFC fan with all the apologies we’ve gotten over the years
Apologies for what? Missing a trick here.. genuinely interested.
Toffee here Thogden. Excellent post. You have a new subcriber.
I’m not going to pretend that I know all the ins and outs of FFP because I don’t. But I know that the rules should be the same for all the clubs in a league, which means if you take 10 points away from Everton for breaking rules, it’s fine. But do the same for Manchester City as well.
Everton will make it out of the relegation zone regardless. The promoted teams are crap so they'll be fine. I think a 10 point deduction is deserved. Is it fair no. I would've struck both Everton and Man City because they broke the same exact rules. Judging by what Thogden said, the league should strike down City but obviously they haven't. Because a fine ain't enough these days.
This isn't any hate to Everton or their fans or Man City and their fans, but rules are there and they have to be put in place. Like I said, a fine ain't enough since that could easily be paid off and so a point deduction for both Everton and Man City is the right move.
Luton were also hit with point deductions aswell only the smaller clubs are targeted
I think it’s unfair on the poor players they played and put all they got into their matches and now they’re in 19th place

I am Everton fan. This is a shame from this corrupted Premier League.
As a Plymouth fan we went into administration back in 2010-11 we deducted 10 points for insolvency and survived 2 seasons in league 2 avoiding relegation by 2 and 1 point respectively. We came agonisingly close to folding. I wouldn’t want the same to happen to Exeter let alone Everton who have definitely been singled out and been made an example out of.
As an Everton fan, this is absolutely disgusting behaviour from the premier league
I agree with thogden it's a disgrace how much clubs outside the "big 6" get treated and where are man city's charges for 115 breaches of ffp its a joke!!
They broke the rules, they should be punished, no 2 ways about it, if it happened to my club, I would accept it if we blatantly broke rules...
I do feel sorry for Everton though, the points deduction should have been suspended pending the outcome of other clubs who broke the rules...
The only problem with Man City, is there owner can potentially wrap the EPL up in Court action for years to come, he is probably richer than the rest of the Premier League (bar Newcastle) combined...
Its yet again, one rule for the big boys while the rest have to suffer, Everton can claw those ten points back and stay up this season...
I genuinely hope they manage to claw the points back and stay up and defy the odds thats been stacked against them
It’s so unfair for me because we were on great form
The FA has NO balls.......I absolutely agree with this.
Agree with you. Its not fair even for Liverpool fan.
As a blades fan, I feel sorry for Everton. They don’t deserve it, even though we’ve gone up a spot, I would still say the toffees should get their points back in this situation.🔴⚪️🔵⚪️
As a city fan, I agree evertons punishment is too far, however ur questioning of why Everton were charged before us is obvious, our case is far bigger than there’s, also they admitted they committed the crime so the process was easier and quicker, city have 115 charges (larger case) and have 100% denied all the charges unlike Everton, so I don’t see any issue with evertons verdict coming before ours, it makes sense
Well..that was arrogant. Even if Everton was quicker, but man city has 115 charges and denying, but still being investigated. During the investigation period, there should have been restrictions for city until the final decision has been made: 10 point deduction, a ban from UCL participation until the investigation is completed no matter how much time it takes. Anything to that effect because this is unfair for Everton.
You said it in the beginning. Chelsea and Man City have far bigger revenue streams and it has a huge impact on the financial fair play rules and regulations. Everton spent enormous amounts on terrible players, didn't finish close to their targets in the league table (where you finish in the PL table has huge financial implications), and built a stadium that they consequently couldn't afford. It's nothing like Man City or Chelsea's circumstance. It's fine focusing on the top sides and claiming some sort of ill-conceived injustice, but how would it sit with the likes of Luton or Burnley if Everton knowingly broke rules and got away with it?
Honestly I think its appalling! (and I'm not even an Everton fan) If Everton are going to get points taken off of them then Man City 100% need points taken off of them to. Its real sad because I thought Everton were going to stay up but now unfortunately its gonna be real close. :(
If Premier League think they can bring Everton down to the ground, they are sadly mistaken. We saw the progress of Everton. They will regain their points and be out of the relegation zone just like that. Up the toffees and keep on fighting it's not over until the end of the season.
I never liked Everton a lot, especially since they got Leicester relegated, but now I feel bad for them. It's so unfair that city can get away with it because they're a bigger club.

Don’t cheat and u won’t get punished
I am a QPR fan and they fined us £43million for FFP wrong doing and we are still suffering for it 6 years later and struggle to play at the same level as other teams in the Championship so I agree the smaller clubs always get the rough end of the stick
when leicester city won the prem, that was the peak of football
I think it's a little bit too early to say that Everton are going to be relegated as a result of this point, deduction.
They are currently second bottom, but are level on points with Sheffield United and are just one point behind Luton and we are still a good few games away from the halfway point of the current Premier League season.
Bournemouth and Fulham aren't really much further ahead either.
Everton still have the possibility of making a League Cup final appearance, they are currently in the quarter finals with a tie against Fulham before Christmas.
But they might have to release a few older fringe players who are probably on high wages such as Dele Alli.
does not seem fair at all, but with the way Everton have been playing so far this season, I think they can still avoid the relegation zone.
I agree, wholeheartedly.
The "rules" are apparently in place to make teams more "sustainable" ... and the punishment for breaking the rules is ... to fine the teams and deduct them points ... thus, making them more unsustainable ... lol, make it make sense!!!

As an Everton fan, I’m not mad that we have had the point deduction, but why is it only our case that has been done what about all the other cases? Feels like we are being targeted
Everton had to get punished. We don't know what City punishment will be yet.
What's curious is that Everton had a serious charge = guilty = 10 points deduction, but City out if 115 charges = no serious charge, not one = no penalty. How dafuk.....
The rules are apparently for sustainability But if you dock them points you are seriously undermining sustainability. WTF!
Couldn’t agree More mate, The PL are frightened to take on the City Group so go after Everton as the easy option (Spurs fan)
my opinion is that everton broke the rules, so they deserve the sanction, but that also means that city and Chelsea should be procescuted as well and receive point deduction. not fair on the clubs that play by the rules off the pitch
TLDR = sanction is too harsh as Portsmouth got a 9 point deduction for going into administration on 2010
The sanction is too harsh though. its the biggest ever punishment in the PL and it was for going 20m over PSR. maybe 6 would've been fair. 10 is way too much because of previous deductions we've seen. Since becoming the Premier league this is the 3rd point deduction to a club, the first was a 3 point deduction for Middlesbrough in the 96/97 season for postponing a game a too short notice, the second was a 9 point deduction for Portsmouth in the 09/10 season for going into administration, and obviously this is the third. So Everton are getting a bigger deduction for going 20m over PSR than Portsmouth for literally going into ADMINISTRATION.
NOT 10 points though. Read the full report. or get the facts.
If Everton are getting points deduction than man city should be stripped of pl titles, champion's league and other domestic competitions titles as well. It's not fair they are getting away with it. Beautiful game is getting corrupted by some cheater's.
(People keep saying they are allegations but all 115 charges were valid and are not answered upon so it's as good as proven)
other teams are still under investigation. Chelsea and City could get a point deduction. Everton's investigation started last year City and Chelsea just started. If City and Chelsea don't get it this year it could effect next year.
As an Everton fan I think this ridiculous sanction will get reduced upon appeal. How can a team that broke ONE rule to do with the new stadium basically gets hit with that but you go into administration you get a 9 point deduction. It's a disgrace as the premier League have wanted us down for years now. P.S I fully believe we will still stay up only two points behind Luton and were out of bottom three
I just became a fan of football last year. 2 games before lampard was replaced, fell absolutely in love with the sport. Im gutted, and I dont understand. Feels like the club i love just isnt wanted in the premier league anymore. So disheartening, we were playing so much better!
While you made a big mistake in not supporting Liverpool, i can assure you that Everton are still a big part of English football and history. They've been around a lot longer than the premier league and I would back them to still be around long after the premier league (when it eventually dissolves and becomes something else)
@@tomh6588Tom...there is no such thing called mistakes in supporting club you love. You support Liverpool I support Everton all my life. It is the sense of belongings. I will never support Liverpool...that's a preference..not a mistake

🩸 As a Liverpool fan 🩸 It is so painful to me to say I’m with Everton 🤢🤢🤮
If you remember, Everton were one of the few teams who helped Bolton by paying Bolton staff when Bolton were in trouble.
I’d suggest a colab with Toffee TV, the situation is far worse than you have said, the amount over is more like 9.5M and is a technical breach against the stadium which should not have been accounted for in this ruling.
If this was the case, how could Spurs afford 1.5 Billion for their stadium and not be subject to a PSR ruling, pure corruption.
