  • The Parallel Wallet is an everyday bi-fold wallet with one of the most deceptive peeks you will ever see.
    The Parallel Wallet could be considered a simplified version of the sold-out Annihilation Wallet, utilizing only the peek feature.
    It’s made of soft black Nappa leather and has plenty of room for credit cards, your favorite Mental Voyage cards, an ID window, and bill compartments.
    It has deep pockets to hold playing card-sized cards, including all of the Mental Voyage wallet cards.

    I agree with the wallet closed and even putting it into a spectators hand then opening it for the reveal.

    Thank you for the thorough review... Here is a little thing I did with an old Working Man's wallet. I cut a window in the inside of the billfold so that a peek could be placed into one of the inside pockets, which was viewable via the billfold (like this wallet and the espionage wallet). So now it has a nice peek and an excellent card to snap compartment. The wallet still works as an EDC.

    Great review. Watching this, the Peek looks the same as the promystic E wallet?!

    Can you tell me if you like the Orphic plus for card to wallet and as a peek wallet? I hate the Razor peek & I’m looking for something that doesn’t require me to grab a second business card to get me peek… suggestions?

    • @ChrisEdwardsMagic
      @ChrisEdwardsMagic  Před 3 měsíci

      I love the razor/shadow wallet. I like the motivation. The Orphic can be done without going back to the wallet but you do have to open it to get your peek. This can be done by simple moving the wallet out of the way and letting it fall open slightly. The card to wallet is good if you have the newer version (if you don’t have it, you’ll get the newer version now) because there is no flap to get hung up on. But personally, my everyday wallet for the last few months has been the JOL plus small soft. The card to wallet is the best there is. It’s not a peek wallet but it has an SUC feature and zipper compartment; and I’ve been using that for a peek.

      @@ChrisEdwardsMagic you don’t mind getting a second biz card to get your peek? I always find it so suspicious that I have to write it down before revealing it…

      Do you use the screening material or go without?

    • @ChrisEdwardsMagic
      @ChrisEdwardsMagic  Před 3 měsíci

      @rickcleveland310 here’s my patter while I’m getting out a second card:
      “There’s no gaurantee this is going to work, some people are hard to read and I’m not getting much right now.. let my try something here (this is where I grab a card for myself and get my peek). Some people project their thoughts in the form of images.. sometimes it’s letters, words and numbers. Other times it doesn’t make a lot of sense until I put pen to paper and just start writing down whatever comes through”.
      That’s always justified taking out a second card.. as I start to jot things down it gets easier and I say something like “Okay, I’m starting to see something now, it’s making sense.”
      See, people don’t know how mind reading works. So they aren’t going to argue with you about it.
      Just like people don’t know how psychics work; if a psychic brings out a crystal ball, no one questions it; because they aren’t the person with the abilities and therefore they can’t tell you whether you’re doing it right or wrong.

      No I hate privacy screens. I set up with 3 cards in the front so after you take two out and get your peek there is still one in the window. From there I place it down on the table window facing up so they can see what I saw (which looks like nothing)

    Why say that a longer word is a negative? If you're going to use that method of peeking why not just turn the wallet over to get the peek in the first place? I know you said later that it's not really a negative but why waste three minutes by even bringing it up? Otherwise, nice review, thanks.

    • @ChrisEdwardsMagic
      @ChrisEdwardsMagic  Před 4 měsíci +1

      Thank you :) No that’s fair, but the reason I brought it up is because ultimately it’s not a negative for me; however, in other wallets that use that method, I have read feedback from others who have stated thats a dealbreaker for them even if there is a work around. I felt that because I have read that feedback from others before it was necessary to talk about.

    • @ICEMANKENNYTV
      @ICEMANKENNYTV Před 4 měsíci

      Yeah, I get it but if you just tell people that if they are going to do that particular peek just turn the wallet over and no matter what is written you're getting a direct look at their card. I think saying that is a negative but not really your just making people think of something they probably wouldn't even think about. Just tell them, here's a great peek, do it this way so no matter what is written there's no issues. It just felt unnecessary to me and why say the word negative and put that in people's heads if you don't need to? Plus if you tell them to turn the wallet over from the start of doing that peek it saves them from having to possibly have to turn the wallet over and take a second peek if they do it the traditional way the first time and find that they can't read a long word.
