They went 7-10 with no QB for half the season and without their best player for half the season (including some games of overlap where neither were there).
If Darnold is even remotely competent, which he should be relative to what they started last year, then it's very doable. They don't have to be good, but that line is disrespectful to the offensive talent
I think 7 wins for the Vikings is right where they end up. If Jefferson plays 17 games they can't go under he's too special. Even if quarterback is average for a season

@@pstratos7I don't think Darnold is a good QB, but he's absolutely better than either Nick Mullens, Jaren Hall, or Josh Dobbs (outside of ~1.5 games of magic). That's all he needs to be to get them to 7, which is where they were last year, which would be over their total. It's also like -150 on the over last I checked, which means everyone recognizes that's far too low. Barring freak injuries or something unforeseen, I'd be absolutely shocked if they did not get to at least 7, they have too much talent to not.

Tennessee didn't make win now moves. Every major free agent they signed was to multi-year deals, and they've addressed every need they've had except LT, a second wide receiver, LB, and a second pass rusher. All things they plan on addressing in the draft except maybe linebacker because it's not a priority position over those other ones
