- I really had no idea how to operate power tools when this all started. After two years of renovating our remote off grid cabin, the inside is looking like home. Here is a start to finish timelapse of the progress.

Ally so proud of you for everything you have learned this year, love watching your and Kyle's journey! I'm a newly single mom after 21 years married and my 16 year old son has helped teach me how to use so many tools this year. He and I have built so many things together and we are completely landscaping our backyard in 2023. It feels so good to accomplish things for yourself. I just order my very first battery powered mini chain saw this week and would have never thought of touch one before this year. Keep up the wonderful work and many blessing to you! ❤

This was very cool. I had no idea you had a channel. I've been following Kyle's channel for months. I knew you had the skincare line, but no idea about the YT! For once, the YT algorithms worked and it suggested this video to me this morning. I love it! Wow, the cabin is AMAZING. I LOVE all of the natural wood, the coziness of it! AH! It's beautiful. You guys have done such an amazing job. We're in SoCal, where the weather is already turning towards Spring, and I have a baby peach tree out back that is just now blooming, so I really hope yours recovers and comes back.

Ally, the cabin is simply stunning! You and Kyle deserve to just revel in the fruition of all your planning and work. I've watched this cabin blossom from the beginning and I so admire your willingness to get in there and put your share of blood, sweat and tears into it. An,d to learn how to use those power tools! Even though you were a bit hesitant at first, clearly you are confident and capable now. I would love to learn those tools as well, though I don't own them. Hopefully, I can find a mentor (ie boyfriend! lol) who can teach and guide me. I just can't say enough about how gorgeous it is now! I love the little desk nook in the loft & the stairs are beautiful, but, to be honest would probably make me nervous. They seem so narrow and I think I'd want a railing on both sides if it was my cabin...but, it's not!🤣 It's yours and you both did yourselves proud! Enjoy every minute there! ~Darcy 👍👏👏💪❣❣❣ PS, I see you have a large Berkey, I want to buy one but it's just me maybe one other person.
